Wait, it's actually okay to brush without rinsing mouth?
Yeah.

Spit out excess toothpaste, saliva e.t.c

No need to rinse with water. Might actually be better not to rinse at all. You don’t want to lose the advantages of the fluoride in the toothpaste.

It’s not easy to cope with that toothpaste after taste though. So what I do is brush first thing, don’t rinse but then apply mouthwash last thing before I leave the house.

A dentist might have better advice though.

Doci, abeg I get side issue wey need clarification. I've been with this girl now for a small bit of time, like 2 months now.
She doesn't rinse her teeth after brushing, of course she does spit the "foam" out but she doesn't rinse with water. She argues that that's actually the best method of brushing, that rinsing with water removes the floride of the paste from the mouth.

But I just find it a bit difficult kissing her because of this. What's your say on this?
Mind you this girl, she's actually very learned and educated, studied economics and is the manager of a hotel her father owns.
She is actually right. She is obviously smart. If she get yansh you should marry her. She will probably give you more joy than Obi.

The security situation in Nigeria is worrisome. How does Obi intend to solve the killings in the SE?

Bros, I don't think anybody would be a lesser evil like Buhari in 2015. Wetin happen today?

Maybe if we had asked the right questions, we would have asked him to swap positions with Osibanjo

Dollar was 216 then. This morning, it's 603 in the black market

The same Archangel Obi was also there in 2019, campaigning on Atiku's stolen dollars. I did not see Lordfalcao then

Make Una ask questions. Stop all these lesser of the evil talk

Suddenly we should remember Atiku and Tinubu are thieves, but Obi does not have offshore accounts with him and his kids as directors [/color]

This isn’t about supporting players. It’s about thinking logically and making the right decisions. It’s about putting the success of the club above individual players.

Isn’t it this act of taking individual players more seriously than the club what brought us here?
There are people here who seem to love certain players almost as much as they love the club. Giving him that extension especially with some years left on his contract was an asinine decision.

Do we actually need to spend on another winger? We've got Amad and Pellestri coming back from successful loan spells. Both can comfortably play on the right wing, skillful and full of potentials.

We've also got Garmacho from Academy. A promising Lad.

For Midfield, Garner's spell with NF is nothing but a huge Success. If we can get De Jong as well, that should be enough, coz Perreira also is coming back - who knows he might perform well under ETH.

Striking position ain't bad either, Martial will be back, Rashford is still available, CR7 ain't go nowhere.

My concern is getting a solid CB, 2 LBs and 1 RB. Shaw and Telles should be sold. They are done as United players. AWB should be sold as well. For CB, Bailly, Jones and hopefully Maguire need to be sold.

We should rather spend much on Defence than Midfield and Attack, except ETH has access to Arab Oil Money.
Point of correction. Amad and Pellistri had unsuccessful loans. Amad in particular struggled a lot……..in the Scottish league.

I think some of you guys here overestimate the ability of that boy.

You want us to spend on defence and leave McFred in midfield. Welcome back Astronaut. You must have spent the last 5 years in a galaxy far, far away.

Structure is a good thing.

But I personally feel we've been getting it wrong with coaches. Perhaps, if we've had that structure we would have been hiring the right managers.

I feel Ten Hang will succeed if he is supported.
A brilliant student will do better with good teachers than with bad teachers. Remember that.

Rangnick and Mitchell 2 of the most respected and accomplished support staff a manager could ever want were available but we went for Fletcher and O'Boyd instead. Remember that too.

Why do you feel attacked?

You are mentioning structure like there is none. Murtough is the DOF. The structure you guys are clamouring for is not the way you want it to be.
You made a blanket statement without addressing your mail so i had to clear your mind. I had several months of debates supporting ETH during the ETH vs Poch debate. Criticising the club for not appropriately utilizing the services of one of the best DoFs in football does not mean one wants ETH to fail.

RR invited Paul Mitchell recently to the club but after his visit the club didn't offer him a position and he went to Monaco instead. In my opinion ETH's chances of success would have been better if he was supported by people who have successfully built teams in the past like Rangnick and Mitchell, rather than Fletcher and this Andy O'Boyle who are relative learners.

Yeah. Produced and presented by Godwin Dudu-Orumen. Thinking back I think it was sponsored by Pepsi and not Cadbury.

I think it was mid 90s cause I remember Finidi often made his team of the week on the right wing. It probably continued until the 2000s but by that time cable TV had superseded a lot of those programs.

Doc Rafiu was not appointed DoF, he was to be a consultant. He new the terms and accepted to be consultant. I also wanted him as DoF at United. He was suppose to be a consultant, to help the club rebuild. But he accepted a full time job elsewhere, why would he do that if he was sincere about his plans for United? How was he suppose to focus on his consultancy role, while being a full time manager elsewhere? Should we start blaming Ten Haag for Rafiu's departure? Cos it seem obvious ETH didn't want him around...
I am not blaming ETH for his departure. Even if ETH wants him gone it might be within his right based on what was discussed during job negotiations. I stated sometime ago that the consultancy role was too vague and might cause problems. If the club really wanted Rangnick he should have been promised DoF instead of Fletcher that has no experience at all. What are the powers of a consultant? Are they as well defined as that of a manager or that of a DoF. I am sure Rangnick saw the writing on the wall, which is why he took the Austrian job.

What i don't understand is how you are assessing him as a consultant or DoF (or whatever) based on his coaching record. How many DoFs have been assessed based on how they coached? He was never a great coach (though he was a decent one) but he was a very good DoF.

Then your friend was peddling the falsehood that a man who as DoF took RB Leipzig from 4th Division to Champions League semi-finalists in 8 years (the same time span we went from perennial league winners to perennial Top 4 hopefuls) was not successful as a DoF. There is almost no Top 5 list of DoFs from the past decade that does not have Rangnick in Top 5.

We should actually just move on and give ETH the maximum support possible. Rangnick's chapter in the club is closed.

Fabrizio Romano: In the conversation between Erik ten Hag and Ralf Rangnick, the plan was completely different to the expectations. There was no direct problem between the pair but it was complicated to have the same ideas.
This i think was the problem and why ETH didn't want him to stay. Their football philosophies are similar but not identical. Rangnick would have wanted to go for physical players with decent technique while ETH would have wanted technical players with with decent physicality.

I suspect Frenkie De Jong would have been a major point of disagreement.

Nobody has told us why Rafiu accepted the Austrian job, when he already had a consultancy agreement in place at United. Why would he take up another job full time, when he is suppose to help United rebuild? Did the board felt betrayed he accepted another full time job? This story never clear well.....
1) Nobody has explained to us how Ajax not having a structure (allegedly) is a good thing for Manchester United to emulate.

Example: Chike Obi did not study to pass his Mathematics exam, so Akpors too will not study.

2) Nobody has also explained how a man that took a club from Division 4 to Champions League semi-final in 8 years did not succeed as director football. The same Champions League semi-final that we haven't smelled in years o.

3) Nobody has also explained how a man that has almost always been on the list of Top 5 directors of football is now being judged with performances as an interim manager.
In fact i will do giveaway if any Bible believing brother can mention another rated director of football who has been judged by his coaching record.

Someone should pull up the coaching record of Marotta, Monchi, Zorc, Beguiristain, e.t.c. Let us check something.

As simple as that
Exactly.

And i don't want anybody to be forced on ETH. If he doesn't want RR then he should be allowed to do things as he wants , because i am sure there were certain conditions he insisted on being in place in terms of control before he got the job.

But we shouldn't be celebrating the fact that Murtough and Fletcher are now the only people supporting ETH. The man might not appreciate how huge the task is. In his first presser he was talking about how the squad wasn't that bad because we came 2nd 2 seasons ago.

If he is banking on that misleading info to assess the squad he might be in for a shocker next season. I desperately want him to succeed but if he depends on these same unreliable players he might be setting himself up for failure. These players will play well during preseason and then collapse once things get heated. We have seen the movie 4-5 times before starring Andreas Pereira and others. ETH has not even seen the preview.

1. Ten Haag worked in a structured environment at Ajax. He doesn’t have that at United.

2. Ajax has sufficient footballing people at top executive positions. At United, we have Fletcher, Murtough, and Nitrogen’s friends. They’re more interested in buying a player because he has lots of Instagram followers, not because he’s technically good and has drive and the tight mentality.

Erik Ten Hag hasn’t really worked in a gbasgbos environment like United. It’s a coin toss if he’ll do fine. And with less footballing people around to support him, his odds reduces. If an animal flourishes when they’re underwater, it doesn’t mean they’ll flourish on land.
You are explaining these things to short-sighted people that have made their minds up. They will be the ones to drag ETH the most if he struggles here.

It is not only religion that has extremism. cheesy

Somebody said Ajax did not have a structure (which is debatable anyway), but does that mean we also should not have a structure especially when we are competing against Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and not Feyenoord and PSV.

Another one said RR that took a team from 4th division in Germany to Champions League qualification in 6 years (and Champions League semi-finals in 8 years) has no success as director of football. But Darren Fletcher does. grin
