Unlimited22: Check his rate for both Madrid and Spain. He's very good but I believe Hazard is better, but e no fit chance am lai lai Ramos has 87.5% conversion rate while Hazard has 87.3% conversion rate. You want him as a new unproven boy to displace the club captain and all time legend. No awoof penalty today for Ikedia. He can try again tomorrow. |

larride: I’m not arguing Blind red, it’s a correct decision. Veltman red was harsh. Yellow card for dissent when you know he was already on a yellow and you just gave them red few seconds earlier is unbelieveable.
It doesn’t matter whether ref n lineman believe it wasn’t off, at least they should have showed different angles like they did with Promes before allowing the goal to stand.
Don’t worry, VAR inconsistency will reach una side soon. If the Shekpites were on the receiving end of most of these decisions they wouldn't be giving these excuses. They are the ones who complained the most about UEFAlona during those years so we know how much they can cry. The ref was very poor in terms of his cards, application of common sense and even ordinary time management. Most of his poor decisions favored Chelsea but his poor time management in the second half actually favored Ajax. It was a horrendous display by the man marring an exciting game between 2 good teams. |

Oasis007: Neil Wood is doing a fantastic Job with the U23. Those Lads are playing good football.... More like Professionals than the first Team.
Cc Afrodoc2 This current under 23 side started playing great football at under 18 under our current coach Kieran McKenna. That was actually the major reason he was promoted to the senior team while Sbragia the former under 23 manager was sacked for his diabolical football. And this Under 23 are actually playing lower division of under 23 thanks to relegation under Sbragia. |

GloryIsaac: I've had to re-watch Fred's highlights multiple times because i can't understand why the club spent 52m on that guy...
Spent 52m on Fred and decided not to get Bruno because of his passing percentage .
Well, OGS just has to shift from that 4-2-3-1.. the personnel ain't right for it. Our default midfield should be a 4-3-3 with McTominay at CDM, Pogba at RAM, Fred at LAM or McT at CDM with Pogba at LAM and Pereria at RAM. With a high line and the full backs hugging the touchline and the wingers coming in to support the striker. Our spacing is so poor it is laughable. Solskjaer is positioning wing-forwards like old school wingers. They are hugging the line and not opening up the space for the full backs to attack. |

My only issue with Ole is trusting Rashy and Tony both players that likes playing outside the box. I don't pity Ole. Everyone has to carry his own cross. At the end of preseason i said he would have himself to blame if he was relying on Rashy, Youngy, Lingy, and Martially. |

chidexxy007: You don come with this your rubbish 2nd again, after finishing second as starting striker, what happened the next season? Was he benched?
That Inter is challenging for league isn't down to Lukaku alone bros Exactly. Very lazy conjecture. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 3:23pm On Nov 03, 2019 |
weedtaker: Maybe for you, cuz with Lukaku as our starting striker we finished 2nd, Its not rocket science that inter are mounting a title challenge for the 1st time in almost 10years. Its a mistake considering his direct replacement in the team was Martial who hasn't scored more that 12 league goals in his life b4. Herrera is a starting midfield player for PSG, Smalling is outperforming almost all the CBs in Italy including koulibaly and de ligt despite there being his 1st season.
Barca with their technical ability no fit score 1goal to reac CL final against looserfools wey get workhorse dem like Henderson and milner. Last season that we fired a coach and the next coach ended the season in shambles was Lukaku not here? Herrera has started less than half of PSG's games and has played just marginally more than Paredes despite the fact that Draxler has been injured for most of the season. It is not like he is benching Veratti or Marquinhos, so who exactly is the quality player that Herrera is benching? Smalling's performance in the inferior Serie A would have interested me had i not seen close to a decade of film of him at United, enough for me to know he is not what we are lacking at this time. To all those lazily latching on to the excuse that we came 2nd with certain players: Things don't remain the same. The league has changed, and teams have improved. Many teams have bought better players, and many players have improved, while other players have aged or just lost form. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 2:52pm On Nov 03, 2019 |
I am still happy Lukaku is gone. It is not like when he was here we were not having the same lamentation here.
Selling him was not a mistake. Not replacing with a quality CF was the mistake.
Same with Herrera, Fellaini, Smalling or any other technically limited player that we currently have or recently offloaded. |

Oasis007: Levitt is an Academy Product to watch out for definitely. He's got eagle's eyes for long range passes, but at the moment he's not ready for the bigger Challenge.
He needs to work on his Stamina. He needs to learn from McTom and starts building his Body right now. He's gonna be easily bullied off the Ball with his present Body frame.
I wish he's tried out along with Garner against Colchester, I think it's gonna be a big Opportunity for Rookies to be tested and exposed to more first Team Experience.
I expect OGS to include the following Rookies; Chong , Greenwood, Gomez, Williams, Garner and Levitt in the Lineup for the Encounter. All the youth team players with potential apart from maybe Williams and Laird will be bullied easily for now. You are right that they need to work on building up their body, especially Levitt, Greenwood, and Chong. Gomes can't build up too much because of his size and i think Garner and Williams are 2 that are tougher than they look. I really would like Levitt to get a chance soon because he is the one youth player whose style of play best reminds me of United in the 90s. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 1:01am On Nov 01, 2019 |
Itsmedozie: wow but the Levitt guy what good characteristics does he possess
for Williams the guy is ready to go into tackles just like bissaka Levitt has good work rate, is tidy on the ball, and a large chunk of Greenwood's goals in the under 18s and under23s came from moves started by Levitt's long passes. Now to avoid any backlash (before people come at me with axes and dane guns, lol) i am not saying he is on that level but in terms of style if Garner is a bit like Carrick then Levitt is a bit like Scholes. Defensively Williams still has a long way to go. He is quite good going forward. The reason he didn't charge forward anyhow yesterday is because he had both Reece James and Hudson-Odoi on his side, and these are 2 players he must know very well from youth football who were close to superheroes at that level. In case you guys didn't get the memo, that Reece James is going to be a problem. |

Itsmedozie: what position does the Levitt guy play?
I still trying to understand this Greenwood saga Levitt plays CM. Our best reserve team midfield line up was Garner at CDM, Levitt at CM, and Gomes at CAM. There must be a reason unknown to me why Levitt has not gotten an opportunity. Greenwood and Chong are not ready physically for constant senior games. Williams is a tough customer and a bit psycho as well so physically he is ready to go. He just has to improve in terms of his tactical awareness and temperament (He can be a card magnet sometimes). |
