See aura!

And you and your club fans are lamenting over Sancho, Mudiaga, Ben Johnson and the other "baddies".

Just bring 90m pounds and this legend will be yours. Customer's price.

The aura alone is worth 45m pounds. We are not even billing you for the steez.

Yeah, UCL through Europa too also helps with some money to help our PSR too for transfer. But if we are still in the FA CUP up to semis for example and we have teams like say Villa, Newcastle, and May be teams like Milwall sneaked in too ala Coventry last season. Then we may fancy our chances.
Yeah, it helps with PSR too. Muy importante.

Eeeh as you the sustain the growth, there is no harm in hovering up cups here and there to maintain the culture of success
Those cups have been papering over incredibly wide cracks. The only title that concerns me is Europa League and that is because it guarantees UCL, which in turn helps us in our negotiations to get top quality players.

@afrodoc2,

Wifey bin dey give me the story of Nkubi and she said the guy's parents are normal and he's the only dwarf amongst his siblings.

I dey argue with am say, e no possible that one of the parents must be a dwarf.

Is it possible for two normal people to have a dwarf child?
Yes. It is possible through different mechanisms.

1) Not all dwarfism is due to genetic defect. A minority is due to hormonal problem, majorly Growth Hormone deficiency. Such a child might have normal height parents but be a dwarf.

2) Sometimes the genetic defect that causes dwarfism is not inherited from either parent but might be a new genetic mutation in that child. Mainly in children born to older men. In this case though, the father is not a dwarf, but the poor quality of sperm cells increases the risk of a gene defect in the child.

Dwarfism is more in the male gene I believe.

If the man was normal and the wife was the dwarf they probably wouldn't have had any dwarf kids.

The Head of Security of my former church, a retired army officer is married to a dwarf woman.

They have 4 kids and all of 'em are normal
No. They are just very lucky.

Dwarfism is usually inherited in an autosomal dominant manner, meaning the sex chromosomes are not involved and the sex of the parent does not matter.

The child of a dwarf parent and normal parent has a 50% chance of being a dwarf.

The child of 2 dwarf parents has a 75% chance of being a dwarf.

The sex of the dwarf parent does not matter because the genetic issues that usually cause dwarfism are not on the X or Y chromosomes.

Yeah those are good choices. I was just thinking about our FA Youth Cup run and the league title defence. We need our best players back fit.

How the hell did Kenny play basketball at such a high level for as long as he did with those legs!
His legs were not like that when he played. His knee problems escalated towards the end of his career leading to his quick retirement and I believe the problems and surgeries led to what we see now.

Every player we sign will be players Amorim recommended, make him sha open eyes choose better players and not feel the team with deadwoods like Bald Fraud did....
Not 100% accurate.

I think the arrangement is the scouts and technical team (Wilcox and co) bring a player to him or a list of options for a position to him and he gets to say yes or no. He has approval but does not do most of the initial recommendation.

Different to ETH who appeared to be selecting the players we approached from the get go.

So you have zero experience of professional football, but you can criticize. Like...It's very okay to do that grin

But someone with years of experience, cannot criticize his fellow pro footballer (though he's better). He should shut up, while you, that have zero experience can talk abi?

You guys need to listen to yourself, please grin
Very makanaki something.

People that could not make school team for Principal’s Cup are allowed to criticise players but people that were seasoned internationals and champion’s league winners should keep quiet.

If you will criticize as a job then make sure you meet a certain standard. A pro footballer who was bottom tier on the field telling Ronaldo how to shoot, Why didnt he do the same on the field
Ronaldo would probably never have a coach who was as good or even near his standard as a footballer so that means he shouldn’t listen to them.

Which standard did Wenger reach as a footballer to be instructing, analysing, critiquing Fabregas, Vieira, Henry?

Or Klopp and Slot that are doing the same to Salah? Wait standard did they reach as players to be able to not only criticize Salah if they want to but even bench him if they think he is not playing well.

If only players of world class and Ballon d’Or standard are allowed to analyze football most programs will have to shut down.

The standard a football analyst must reach in order to criticise a footballer is the standard of GOOD FOOTBALL ANALYST. It does not matter if he could dribble more people per second than Stanley Okoro.

What do you mean by being harsh is subjective? Last season, Carragher said on TV that football has left Casemiro and he should retire or go to Saudi. Everyone agreed that the criticism was rather too harsh. So please, educate me on what is subjective about that.

Same pundit also said that Szczesny has always been an average goalkeeper and wasn't surprised he is the one that made that error.

Now listen to Henry's criticism of Haaland and under what constructive criticism looks like. Even Haaland will be grateful by such criticism as it will help him improve his game.
Carragher was not being harsh. Football has indeed left Casemiro and he should retire or at least go to Saudi.
It is not an insult. It comes for everyone. There is a reason Ronaldinho and even Baggio himself are not still playing football. Football leaves everyone.

Szczesny has always been an average GK and I wouldn’t be shocked if he made a mistake that led to a goal. Same with Onana, Taibi, Hilario, Bizzarri.
So that’s not harsh in my opinion as well.

Can you now see why I said harshness is subjective? 😃

It wasn't meant as an insult but just cruise for pretending to not see something obvious.

You and I know that Baggio wasn't referring to pundits who analyze and constructively criticise players. I mean, you clearly saw him use the word condemn.
Harshness is subjective. Constructive criticism is subjective.

Some of the greatest football minds and coaches were average and in some cases below average players. Some of the greatest players were average or below average coaches.

When someone is analysing or criticising a player what matters is that it is objective, accurate, and free of agenda. Whether the person can’t trap the ball or he/she can dribble the entire Oshodi should not come into it.

Stop trying to be sleek. The keyword there is COLLEAGUE. An ex footballer who was purely trash has no right to HARSHLY criticize another player who was 10 times the player he was.
Who is trying to be sleek? You have come again with your ridiculous takes.

An ex-footballer that professional clubs were willing to buy for millions of pounds multiple times and pay millions of dollars to as salary can’t criticise or analyse football, but you that couldn’t make Green House football team during inter-house sports competition at Iganmode Grammar School can criticise players and stalk their supporters all over Nairaland? 🤣🤣🤣
