Maybe not in the short term at least, though the market is showing signs of an impending bear market. Indexes are at all-time highs. Greed is at record highs. Investors are overconfident, hence much liquidity. Even the volume of call options has outpaced put options. The market can't run this much without some form of correction. It would be best to expect some pullback at some point.

However, on a year-long basis, Goldman Sachs, Citi, JP Morgan and others have all forecast a bullish 2021. Pent-up consumer demand, vaccine roll out and possibly a bigger stimulus from Biden could trigger a bullish trend. I suspect that these things are already priced in.

You can pay attention to guidance section when companies release their Q4 reports. This should give us an outlook of what to expect.

But remember, Mr Market has a mind of his own which is always a humbling experience for every investor. Nobody really knows where the market can swing.

I am looking at long term investments with little percentage of my monthly salary, stocks I can ignore for a year. Does $TSLA still have good prospects for this year or it has made its peak bullish run last year?

TSLA always has prospects especially if you are in for the long term. However the stock is close to all time high, and the current vaccine roll out may see less price action and pull back on the stock in the near term.

Best advice to any worker.

Go and ask shell workers or oil rig workers what happened to their pay-off. Theae guys collected pay-off btween 10m -40m. Most of them did not survive after two years because they invested in a biz they do not know. While working start a biz then learn the ropes. Because you have a job you would be willing to take more risks and absorb more shocks to the biz. The greatest mistake you can do is starting a biz after you are retired. There is a high probablity of losing your money because apart from the fact that you are learning the biz, you may not be patient to go through the learning curve.

I love the business because my kind of work is time demanding and the business is computerized which is very difficult to dupe.

Mine happens like 8 years ago, one thing in life is showing consistency in all we do, got married to a very stingy man that refused to assist me, tried all I could do back then, one thin I promised myself was not to work under anybody, who would want to employ me then with just waec result.
Ventured into selling Ok bags shoes, clothes etc, sold liquid wash and so many petty stuff but the money was not coming in, reason why my OK business did not yield profit was that I started it with a capital of 12k, I was nursing 3 babies at then, when ever I see what will be nice on my kids and even myself, I don't sell, I keep for our usage, the business as at then was somehow stressful, because I don't have a shop, I hawk this clothes mostly couple with my 3 kids, Oga was not ready to give me even ₦20. He sees every reasons not to give me, funny aspect of it was that he doesn't want me to do anything, all he wanted was for me to sit at home 24/7.
It wasn't funny back then,but to God be the Glory my life is a testimony.

Since he asked me to sit at home all through as a good wife, I had to obey and use my brain. I organized monthly contribution of 15k foe 12 people from January to December, I don't have I dime of my own, but I madee sure I picked January, February and March.
I collected forJanuary ,total amount was supposed to be 180k, but picked for 3months and was not having any source, so that made the money 135k.
I went to buy a new bajaj motorcycle, gave it for higher for 130k with a returning fee of 5k weekly, at the end of February, I collected the 2nd bought the 2nd machine and also collected for March and bought the third byke.
My monthly earning from the 3 byke became 60k monthly, by April and the rest of the months, I was able to pay other people collecting and still have extra 15k of my own, that was the beginning of my breakthrough.

U indeed took ur time to point at most important parts of various or suggestive businesses one can venture into most especially for our vibrant young men and women.


I shall also like to advice u because it seems u have this fear of quitting ur job just like everyone would do including me. I was a also a banker like u and I did face what u going through today and when I discovered the long way I was going to ply just for working for one man,I quitted and pursued my dreams which is lending money to businesses and that has worked for me and it is still working out for me.

Give yourself a target on when to leave to pursue ur dream,and u have to do it with a very strong conviction that u are going to make it.

U may not need everyone but few clients that have proven to be honest and trust worthy would turn such a business around for u. That is one thing I learnt while working as a banker in the same north. I started with a minimal Capital of N300k which I have turned around to close to 40million in 8 years.


This year alone I was able to rake in 12.6million just as interest on my capital. Just like u said,business do grow little by little and with years comes in progress and expansion.

Think about this as I wish u the best come 2021.

I have always been biz inclined and had all these ideas like you. My colleagues even come to meet me for biz and investment ideas. However i was stalling till covid came and we had to be disengaged. Thats when i began implementing my ideas. At first it was difficult. Hiwever as time went things improved. I heard they (former company) are calling back with reduced salary. I've told them im not coming back. My investments are working for me.

My other addiction are procrastination, too much helping and too much spending .. like this morning I woke up , went to paga to withdraw 12k without any tangible needs for it.. now the money don remain 2500 for my hand now..

Everyother thing is normal for me . I don’t gamble I stopped last year February.. I mastubate anytime I feel like .. but I too Dey spend I swear to God ( the spending does not tally with my earning ).. there are some weeks I no Dey see 1k yet I would have spent 50k..

Tapping into the SPAC craze.

My problem with SPACs is that companies dont undergo the same rigour when going through the usual IPO. Many companies coming through SPACs have not made profit. It is merely investors speculating on future returns. Secondly, the market (US) is already in the extreme greed zone (You can check CNN Fear/Greed index). At this stage investors are overconfident and are pumping money into the market (because of the vaccine news). This is the usually last stage before market falls from the cliff.

The SPAC craze is merely Wall Street guys coming to have a piece of the action before shit goes south. That same reason we are having record IPOs in the US market this year. The outcome of Nikola and outrageous IPOs of Airbnb and Doordash are examples.

So anything SPAC I'm usually cautious. I prefer companies that are have been proven to be profitable
