Tobex4realTobex234: Why is DASH doing 46% on the first day of IPO? Na to wait for pull back o Na to wait for Q2 2021 sef. My probs with the stock is that its a food delivery company competing in a market that is getting saturated against the likes of Grubhub and Uber Eats - though it controls half of the food delivery business in US. Now with the vaccine being rolled out coupled with the growing agitation for return to normalcy i.e eating in restaurants and diners, would the company be able to make more money? Also restaurants are not loyal to one service provider, meaning they can switch to competitors or even develop their own app (just like Chitpole) rather than go through 3rd party service providers. This maybe a pandemic stock that may not hold ground when normalcy returns. Besides there are no other services which can bring in revenues other than delivery commissions. I would prefer to have a look when the noise of the pandemic wears off. |

DexterousOne: I think it's the Q3 results Could be. The company's Q3 results is an improvement from the last 3 quarters of declining revenue and mounting losses. What could be moving the stock now is its merger with Bonanza Creek plus analysts' price target of $45. But this is questionable since the company was not even making profit prior to COVID. |

OakPearl: STOCK FOCUS: HPR - $13.97
This stock has shown very convincing signs of a great recovery both fundamentally and technically. In the last 1 month, it has gained 155% and 38% in the last 5 days. Its a Zack's #1 ranked stock and ready to reward anyone with the patience required as it recovers its lofty heights when you consider it was $99.00 in January this year!
It is perfect for swing trading and medium to long term holding.
A perfect timing will be excellent. But be rest assured there is money to be made here. Am in. DD advised. I really don't get the excitment with a company thats in an industry that is seriously haemorraging; made profit once in the last 4 years; and whose stock price has tumbled by over 90% since 2018. |

We have already held several meetings about the killing of our brothers in the East.
We would respond to the East at the appropriate time! Even the cow you herd is more intelligent than you. Boko Haram is killing people in the north, and its isolated icidences in the south that is your problem. |

[quote author=lexy2014 post=96338693]Mr. Man, u contradicting & confusing urself with words. U are just going round in circles. I asked u questions but u aren't able to answer any. Ur comment below suggests past tense. Something that was done before this new contract was given.
"My guy, NFF does not have money right now. They even watered down the new contract they gave Rohr thinking he would reject it, but the hungry man collect am."
And I asked u
So are u suggesting NFF had d intention of getting rid of Rohr so they gave him a "watered down contract" but unfortunately for them he accepted it? What amount is d "watered down" contract and how much isnt?
But here u are again repeating urself. Did NFF have d intention of getting rid of Rohr before they offered him this new contract?
I also asked u d following but u weren't able to provide answer:
So if d contract is "watered down", pls how much is d buyout clause in d contract?
Pls how much are nigerian coaches paid?
In ur earlier post u talked about Rohr having a "buyout clause" in his contract. Pls address my concerns regarding that:
Lastly, u used d term "buy out clause". Am kind of wondering what that has got to do with d discussion. because my understanding of d term is different from d way u are using it except maybe d meaning has changed or u probably don't truly understand what u are saying. According to Wikipedia:
"A buyout clause or release clause refers to a clause in a contract that imposes an obligation on another organisation wishing to acquire the services of the employee under contract to pay the (usually substantial) fee of the clause to the organisation which issued the contract and currently employs (in professional sports also colloquially termed "owns"wink the employee."
Is it this "buyout clause" u were referring or is there another buyout clause as used in sporting terminology? |

lexy2014: Am not too sure I remember arguing with u. If u can produce d argument u are referring, I will be glad. Since u said that I don't no, I will also appreciate u comprehensively answering d following questions since it seems u are an expert on d subject matter.
Let's take a look at what u said earlier:
"My guy, NFF does not have money right now. They even watered down the new contract they gave Rohr thinking he would reject it, but the hungry man collect am."
So are u suggesting NFF had d intention of getting rid of Rohr so they gave him a "watered down contract" but unfortunately for them he accepted it? What amount is d "watered down" contract and how much isnt?

Are we on d same page? This is the scenario. NFF wants to get rid of Rohr. They can't because he is still on contract. That means that have to activate his clause which stipulates tgat he has the first right to the job before NFF talks to another person. Or they pay him off. Now there is no money due to covid and nkrmal.nigeruan factors. They gave him a watered down contract so that he can reject it. They told him he woukd.be staying in Nigeria, monitor the league and he would be paid in Naira. Thinking he woukd refuse but the hungry man took the contract. Where else in the world would he be paid $45k per month? |
