If you have job presently. Use it to convene people to your work area in the morning and evening when coming back home. I see a lot people in my area using it.

If no work wake up in the morning dress nice like one going to work. Convene people to their place of work till 10am and go back home to rest then set out in the evening do same but must be area you know very well.

Please I need advice on what to use my CRV SUV (old model) to do. Since it's not up to uber standard and cannot be used as taxi. I plan on selling it to add money and buy an uber standard vehicle but I don't have the money to add yet, I also don't want to sell the car yet because I don't have additional money at hand and I don't want the car to lie idle. Her health is not worth joking with. Aside the fact that she wants to have kids with her husband, fibroid growth is also a threat to her life. Let her pray and go through the surgery. There are many women who have been successfully operated on and are doing well now. Just go to a good government hospital and go on with the surgery since that's the only option that the doctors have given. My aunt has undergone three major successful surgeries removing huge masses of fibroid and she is well and healthy now. Let her forget all negative energies and look on the brighter side.

Sometimes I wonder how people gather courage to go swim in a river. Not just ordinary river, a very big river that is well known for drowning people be it rainy season or dry season....

I have been driving my car for a few months now without a functioning hand brake. Before I discovered the bad hand brake, I noticed that after a long park let's say when I park for 3 hours and I'm about to drive the car, I hear a strange and loud sound from the two back tires (the linings I guess) like they are being held by something even after releasing the car from hand brake before.


How ever, this sound only last for about a second and stop. Though I have been driving the car like that for some time now but I just want to be sure of the implications of driving a car without a functional hand brake.

Please, car gurus your help is needed here biko!

I learnt with and drove manual for 7 years before I switched to auto and for the first 2 months after that I drove with both feet until a friend of mine pointed out to me that it was wrong.

I still drove with both feet intermittently for another 2 months before I could instill the new behavior in my legs while driving.

It's good you were able change. Some people are not that flexible to adjust to change.

My first experience with auto, I didnt know d break is always very hard and little touch will have an effect on the moving car unlike manual car that always have a lighter break and u have to press it down before the effect stop the car completely.. Was moving fast without knowing the car infront of me some distance wasn't moving (park on d road without any sign) I just noticed it wasn't moving then decided to hit the break before moving to another lane.

I needed to act fast or collide with d car, na so I hit the break hard thinking it was like manual break.

the car stop immediately.


The next thing i just started hearing was gbam (2 bike hit me from back and another car hit does bike from back naso i removed my leg from the break and my car go hit the one in my front again. I didnt know when i shouted (Gbese re o)

It was after then i now noticed the break of manual ain't the same with auto or probably the auto i was driving.

Lol, sorry for that experience but you sounded like someone who just jumped into an auto car thinking that it is that simple to drive since you are already used to driving a manual car which is more difficult. Truth is, anyone who is already used to driving manual car still has to learn how the auto car works before entering the road with it. He has to learn the basics on auto cars too.
