as we shed most of our hair we exposed ourselves to the uv rays of the sun and potential sunburns. melanin to protect our skin. the more exposeure the skin had to the sun the darker the skin became, the less exposure the skin had the lighter it became. the same goes for eye color. hair color/thickness/texture is long debated though sunlight and diet played major roles in it. (diet played a role in inuets and skin color). many evolutionary models show that humanoids had skin that was a light brown color when we first began to shed. that we became darker as a whole then some began to lighten again.

where are you fling into?  your middle eastern airlines tend to have some cheap flights, some european are realativly cheap as well.  i have see luftanza for $800 before.  talk to some travel agents - us travel agents (over the phone).  sometimes it is cheaper to buy a roundtrip starting in the US rather then a one way from nigeria.  go on travel sites and such

your final destination will play a huge role in the price.  example flying into say jfk will be sometimes $300-500 cheaper then flying into scranton which is only 60 miles away, flying into dc can be $400 cheaper then Baltimore which is less then 30 miles away.  also look into amtrac.  sometimes it is cheper to fly into a place like dc, la or ny or other major hub and take a train to your final destination.

it depends on you religion and how much europeans influence the culture.  non judeo/christians who are relativly untouched by colonial europe for the most part tolerate it (yes africans as well, homosexuality in africa as well as the rest of the world has been recorded and tolerated even encouraged PRIOR to the time of exploration).  those areas that have been infuenced by judeaochiristian ideas or colonial ideals and are still somewhat developing view it as an evil vile thing.  those who are of a more modern or open minded way are again tolerating it.   people who are extremly religious in the judeochristian sence see it as evil as well

personaly i see it as nothing any diffent then a guy dating a fat girl or a girl dating guys who play a particular sport.  it is thier personal choice that has no impact on my life so no reason why i should give a damn about it.  it pisses me off to see how people treat them like dirt because of thier choice when they are no differnt then anyone else and there is no reason to treat them poorly.

you could have a deviated septum

it has to be custom made.  your large orthodontist offices would have access to it, you small one man back room dentist - no.   they will take a plaster mold of the teeth.  the measuments will be sent away for manufacturing (shouldnt take more then 2 weeks).  the appliance is made of the same material as a retainer, just larger.  it will literally take up the whole mouth and holds the jaw in such a way that it pulls the lower jaw out.  your child will complain about it because it is not comfortable at all, some even say it is mildly painful after wearing it a few hours.  usually they say to wear it for 6 month (sever underbite is all day, mild is only at night) though some can stop wearing it earlier and some have to wear it longer.  i have hear of people wearing them for over a year or as little as 3 months.  make sure you clean it very very well (vinegar is often recommenced for this).  some orthodontist will recommend head gear since it is cheaper, though very noticeable.  below is a picture of a Frankel to give you an idea
