you do know wikipedia is notoriously unrelaiable. you can go on there now and write an article saying the moon is made of dryer lint and it will be added to thier site. it is writen by random people online and requires NO documentation of the info. besides that - this article even states it was used to MOCK! white people because of thier accents.

^^^^ sitting here saying that a word which is classified as a slur and is obviously a term used to describe a race is ok because teh USER is not offened by it is assinine. if a white person refered to yo with the N word (which means the color black in latin, not a skinless person as this word does) you would be up in arms for it. as per topic there is no such thing as a white soup nor is there such thing as a black soup. something common in spain isnt common in sweeden no more then something common in kenya being common in nigeria.

I certainly don't mean to digress from the topicality, but allow me to ask: I have been referenced here as "oyinbo" (also "oyibo". It was, supposedly, because of my putative fondness for manifesting the formalities of the English language in my postings.

In fact, I am, indeed, a Black person (of Canadian birth, living now as a US citizen). Should I have been offended by this term? It was my assumption that the poster making the designation was doing so in a cavalier, good-natured manner.

though the bible has been shown to include SOME historical content it is not accurate. some of the stories in the bible have been shown to be similar to things recorded by the Egyptians and through geological records though the dates tend to be off (the plagues didn't occur over a matter of days rather over several centuries according to other records of the time) or are exaggerated. one last thing to remember is that religions world over have a common action of taking some form of hallucinogen before speaking to "god", there is no reason to believe that the judeo-christians didn't do the same as the other 4,000+ religions did.

man or woman is not the question. who has the better job? who has the ability to be promoted in said job? who has the ability to get a transfer? what are the conditions of both towns (crime rates, cost of living, schools)? who has the better home?

6 months is not that long if you are in love with the person. many people live happily married with seperations due to work for this long and even longer. if a 6 month seperation destroys your relationship then it wasnt that strong to begin with

a relationship based on money or other financial gains in return for an action is an employee/employer relationship - not love. if you wish to rent yourself a working girl then by all means continue believing that money is the root of love. if you wish to have an actual loving relationship stay away from the club girls and whores and find a decent girl

or you could look at it realisticly. the bible and all other religious texts are little more then a book of fables, old stories and rules set out by men. humans are animals and for the most part female animals live longer then male. carnivore, herbavore or omnivore matters not. if it was because of strees, the food we eat or any other modern intervention our life expectancies would be going down which they are not. infact the more developed a country the longer its life expectancy, the more primative the culture the lower thier overall life expectancy.

the us did not wipe out the native americans - they are still around. did they kill and/or displace them yes and canada did the exact same thing at the same time. if you look far enough back into the history of any country/colony/kingdom/tribal lands you will find a similar story including ones that are going on today. just because the us openly admits to many of its wrong doings while other countries do everything in their power to hide their is no reason to demonize them.
