what I'm saying is that a physical disability means nothing and should never stop anyone from a relationship. a mental disability as long as the disabled person is able to make an informed judgment as to the relationship should as well never stop someone from dating or marriage. a person who is so severely disabled mentally that they have the mental capacity of a child should not be engaging in a sexual relationship because they cannot comprehend the consequences of such and is basically statutory ra/pe.

people with sever mental disabilities dont have the same ability to process thought as an adult without a disability. those countries that make it illegal do so because the person cannot comprehend thier actions and make a responcible informed decision no different then when countries forbid people under 16 or 13 in nigeria from getting married. the law is there to protect them

in the US or any "western" country this man would be called a pedoph/ile - here in nigeria he is a senetor.  truely truely sad
