im sorry but if he is willing to call off the entire wedding over the position of teh names on the invitation there are deeper issues here. this is a time to sit back and think. if your cerimony hinges on his name placement what will be brought up in the future, what other trivial things are going to cause dramatic ultimatums in the future?

there is no cure medicaly for tinnitus, there are plenty of products who claim to but no scientific clinical trials have been shown to fix it. hope with stem cells but that is years away.

check you r facts again.  there are over 50 million more men in the world then there are women.  there is NO country where women significantly outnumber men though a handful where men out number women by 2 to 1 or like quatar for example.

because girls have been conditioned to believe it is ok, that they are not to be respected as a human being and that thier men can abuse them emotionaly whenever they so choose by cheating and that they have no right to question it, that they did something wrong to make him so if they try harder you will be faithful when in reality she has no bearing on his outside activities

as stated before, when women become educated they understand that they have the ability to be more then a simple housewife.  they decide to chase thier dreams or a career, world travel or whatever before think "oh god i must marry before im 20 or i shall be shunned" like those who still have the "villiage" mentality which exist in pplaces like india and nigeria as well as the rest of the world

if his hip was dislocated he wouldnt be able to bear ANY weight on it and would be in excruitiating pain. he more then likely tore a ligament or tendon or cracked the femur. go to any actual hospital - the large government run ones not a local clinic style hospital. he will need x-rays, possibly an mri though doubtful. if the tear isnt bad or if it is mearly stretched he will require bed rest (the less he uses that lig/ten the faster it will heal) if it is a bad tear or torn clean through it will reguire surgery and bed rest. cold compress if it is swolen, warm compress if it is not. ibprophen for pain, stay away from asprin. if he had a partial dislocation/subluxation at the initial injury then he may have joint problems for life with it.

i am well aware of teh lack of doctors in nigeria.  if you live near lagos or abuja im sure you will find someone.  you need specialised testing that a regular doctor wont be taught.  you can see an orthopedist or have an mri done on the knee though those would be far more expensive then drawer testing which the sports medicine doctor would perform. treatment could be anything from not using it for 2 weeks to reconstructive surgery depending on the condition, your sypmptoms match many conditions

torn cartlidge, bone spur, arthritus, chondro malyasia patella, tendonitis, inflamed ligaments, list goes on. see a doctor that specialises in sports medicine for testing

i was raised with 4 adopted siblings and plan to adopt myself. you should not care what others think about your choice, you are opening your heart and home to someone and planning to love them as if they were your biological child. most people, as few examples above, are incapapble of this. you should be proud of your choice and not allow anyone to make you feel shame for what they cannot do out of ego or pride or lack of a caring heart

most drs in the west request the fetus and screen if for genetic defects, mis growth what not. yours were never tested so teh reason was never discovered. see a genetic specialist with your husband to make sure there are no issues there. see a reproductive therapist as well to make sure you dont have any uterine damage or misshappening. after 2-3 miscarriages or still borns you will be considered "high risk" and need more drs apointments, limiting how much you can lift to i believe 5 pounds, diet restrictions, resting, no excessivly active durring the durration of at least the first trimester. sometimes after 15 weeks the restrictions are lifted in part depending on the findings of the above mentioned drs

i love those who claim that cheating is allowed in the west because someone 50 years ago did it, someone stayed to further her political carrer and a druggy stayed, forget teh thousands who dont. men have this assinie idea that because they are "biologicaly programed" to spread thier seed they have every right but at teh same time women are "programed" to be constantly looking for teh best genes but they are supposd to supress those urges just because men say so. in male dominated societies men get away with it because women are shunned if they leave him. female dominated societies (yes they do exist) men are shunned for leaving. in relativly neutral societies like the "west" cheating is a deal breaker 95% of the time. yes there are those 5% that are stupid enough to stay. they may forgive but trust me a woman NEVER forgets what he did
