South Africa also has a Special Defence Account used to aquire weapons. The Special Defence Account is used to purchase weapons that are considered sensitive and secret. Which is why i always laugh when you say South African weapons are all on the internet to see.


Whether the funds are separate or contained within the bulk of the budget, there is nothing very very different. In both Nigeria and South Africa's cases, funds have been allocated for a specific purpose. But because you're a troll you ignore the fact that the cases are the same.
