It's got a radar pod, that is the the standard for 350ER. FLIR could be detached or attached at will, or placed at another position. EO/IR or FLIR are very flexible to move around on many aircraft, some even carry them in front of the pilots windows.

I have never seen FLIR on ATR-42 Surveyor, and it has. Location nobody knows.

Now that is a war experienced military, not your photomania armed forces that hardly go anywhere in full force.
