Good day, Nairalanders.

I am writing this now in agony and with total frustration and depression.

Note: I have been suffering depression since early 2023 to date due to life and Nigeria frustrations. Life has been extremely hard for me but now I am being tempted seriously to do the worst thing at my work place.

How everything started. I had my former place of work were I have everything I need as a man, good house, borehole and tanks, running taps in the kitchen and rooms. My job also was never ever threatened that I can come to work and go with an excellent peace of mind. That's to say, the work and the place I live was a very comfort zone that every one who is tired of life struggles will wish to stay and take life easy.

Sometime last year, a company contacted me about a Managerial job because someone referred me to them. After our voice call interview, I came down to the place and did physical interview and it was perfect.

Fast forward to when I started, I was the head of the firm and trouble started with older inexperienced staff to the extent that one of the ladies called me and told me all and clear that the Chairman is in her palm and if I want to work here, I should just do what they ask me to do.

Let me fast forward everything, they have succeeded to remove me as their leader and place me in a very unacceptable position based on my expertise. Know this, this job is in a new state, I have not been to the state before, I don't know anyone there before. I am just here as a lone surgeon seeking for a good life.

They have succeeded in placing me very much lower my standards and now the same woman has been threatening to push me out of the company house, the single room they gave to me that mosquito is killing me steadily. Not only that, I came to work this morning and the same lady came to me that I am not doing my job well that she want to send me to become a compound cleaner of the firm.

Remember, I came here as a manager oh.

After she said that today, I have been so bittered and I shun her never to try my endurance again.

As it stands now, I want to meet with the GM and the other man who talks to her to inform her that she shouldn't push me to the extreme.

Because if she do, I might out of frustration and depression do the highly unthinkable to her because I have taken much from her.

It's not easy to get a good job over here as I don't know my way around yet and I don't have any money with me.

Nairaland is becoming more toxic and dangerous to my health.

I need ideas on Nigerian University one can obtain an MBA through distance learning.

I have seen Nsukka, but their website is poorly made to enable me get significant information from them. Same as NOU, their website is also very poor, so, I couldn't fathom any vital information from them.

If you know any uni one can apply for the distance learning and maybe, the initial capital required, pls let us know.

I am looking at studying MBA in Business Administration. I did accounting though with over 6 years of professional working experiences.
