Why not if a better deal like Fiscal Federalism is on the table?
You are in dreamland ooh. Please wake up. Presently, the FG is sharing monies from some few states and yet with a drop in Oil price they are crying. In sincerity, do you thing the states/Senate & HOR will support these changes? Do you think GEJ wouln't have done so, if it was easy for a president to effect these changes easily? huh huh huh

Is it not the oil money that made them colude to take power at the center? undecided undecided undecided

If I were Buhari, I'd try to ensure a bill is passed that would criminalise utterances like this. If you can't live in unity irrespective of your tribe or where you come from, remain in your house and interact with only your family or spew garbage in public and have your bigoted asss hauled into jail. Useless fools acting like victims while promoting their uncanny agenda.

ItsAnderson:

A close female friend of mine confided in me that [b]her fiance wants to pay for her bride price and do other traditional rights.[/b]
But he wants her to first have babies now because of her age. [b]She is in her late 30s [/b] but she says she does not want to have her babes out of wedlock, Dat none of her sisters did dat and its against her doctrine but [b] the man insists he doesn't have money for wedding [/b] now so they should first start making kids before marriage so it doesn't get difficult when she gets older.

She is confused as to what to do?
Please any suggestions?

TrishaP:
Sounds like an ultimatum to me.

Kids before bride price?...hmm... I can't say much but they really should ponder on that decision.

Mistakes are easily made at this stage.
MzCorleone:
What's this new trend of getting pregnant before marriage? undecided

Guys sha, always coming up with different ways to job girls.
Angelina996:
That condition is totally out of it joor!
Why will the man say he doesn't have bride price?!
BRIDE PRICE! Does anyone knw the meaning of that?
Like it has been said earlier by some ppu, let them "join" their purse and do a small wedding with their parent's blessing, that's enuff and better than sayin he doesn't have money for bride price...afterwards they can do the kind of wedding they so mch want.
...But bride price FIRST...(It doesn't have to be much/grand!)
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 10 Hard Questions You May Be Asked At Your Next Job Interview by agitator: 1:03pm On Apr 08, 2015
Tricky

Question 1

You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night,
it's raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see
three people waiting for a bus:

An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
An old friend who once saved your life.
The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that
there could only be one passenger in your car?

This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a
job application.

* You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus
you should save her first;
* or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and
this would be the perfect chance to ! pay him back.
* However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again.

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble
coming up with his answer. Guess what was his answer?

He simply answered:

"I would give the car keys to my Old friend and let him take the lady to
the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner
of my dreams."

Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought
limitations. Never forget to "Think Outside of the Box." angry angry angry

Question 2

What will you do if I run away with your sister?"

The candidate who was selected answered " I will not get a better match
for my sister than you sir" grin grin grin

Question 3

Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) - What is one
morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant.

Girl - I will be very excited and take an off, to celebrate with my
husband.

Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed
it well. Why I should think it in the wrong way, she said later when
asked. shocked shocked shocked

Question 4

Interviewer: He ordered a cup of coffee for the candidate.
Coffee arrived kept before the candidate, then he asked what is before
you?

Candidate: Instantly replied "Tea"

He got selected.

You know how and why did he say "TEA" when he knows very well that
coffee was kept before.

(Answer: The question was "What is before you (U - alphabet) Reply was
"TEA" ( T - alphabet)

Alphabet "T" was before Alphabet "U" huh huh huh

Question 5

The interviewer asked to the candidate "This is your last
question of the interview. Please tell me the exact position of the
center of this table where u have kept your files."

Candidate confidently put one of his finger at some point at the table
and told that this was the central point at the table. Interviewer asked
how did u get to know that this being the central point of this table,
then he answers quickly that sir u r not likely to ask any more
question, as it was the last question that u promised to ask.....

And hence, he was selected as because of his quick-wittedness. cool cool cool

Amaechi, I doff my hat for you, you've done your best and posterity will surely adjudge you in the future to be working for the progress of the state and Nigeria at large. I respect you and your politics lately. In few years to come people will know the difference between you and Wike, who truly love Rivers state. When they ceded Rivers oil wells to Bayelsa, Abia and akwa Ibom those that suppose to join you in the fight against the FG are only fighting for their bowels and political survival. Last year you also reminded they of the issue of resource control but they kept mute because they never wanted to offend GEJ and mama peace for political reason. Amaechi you've done your best and your best is on record of history.

These are people with guts, passion for change and sincereity. Those who are not ready to compromise, those who are not interested in their stomach, rather they are ready to satisfy their conscience that they are doing the right thing.

One thing you should know is that the Government should respect his/her citizens because they are his employer, they are his master, they elected him from the dept of their heart to represent their country, to provide their needs, to protect their life and property.

But here it is different. Nobody is ready to sacrifice for another. All our Martyrs are long dead and gone, nobody is ready to take up the mantle and fight for the interest of the poor man.

Did you even bother to go through the resume of the Minister of Defence in Egypt?
