samtin: Nigeria - The Kaduna State Police Command yesterday arraigned 120 suspected members of a new terrorists group known as Sara- Suka before a Kaduna court. The suspects were assigned to various magistrate courts by the Chief Magistrate court One, Awaulu Musa Aliyu, for the continuation of the case and were later taken back into police custody. Speaking with journalists over the arraignment, Kaduna State Police Command spokesman, Deputy Supritendant of Police,DSP Zubairu Abubakar, said the Kaduna police arrested the suspects for committing crimes which included "armed robbery, rape and acts of terrorism". "Some suspected to be members of terrorist gang known as Sara-Suka.We arrested some of them on the spot while committing the crime, while others were arrested based on complaints from the public” Zubairu, warned criminals to repent now before it will be late for them stressing that security forces will continue to manhunt criminal elements in the state. Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, had earlier declared war on miscreants who have been terrorising the state for long adding that any resident who commits murder or engages in any criminal act under any guise shall face the full wrath of the law without delay.

OBJ completed the design, awarded the contract and started the project only for GEJ to bastardize the project with an obsolete design while stealing loads of money see dis goat, so you ND OBJ took eight years to design without work abi, you also used eight years to draw a blueprint on power ND spent 16 billion in the process, shameless slowpoke |

victorels: The Evil about Kerosene subsidy is always covered even here on Nairaland.
I know the Price is not the same every where but if some one has a case against the price I have posted, let the person contact me and I will provide the evidence.
We cue on filling stations for Kerosene but the filling station would only sale to black marketers who in turn hike the price rotimi make their own profit.
Over here in Jos, A gallon of Kerosene which is 4 letters is sold at 1100 naira. I will still pay for it because I need it. One thing I won't like to here is that they are owing for subsidy on kerosene or even paid for it subsidy.
We want the removal of subsidy so that Government would stop giving excuse of their poor performance as being payment of subsidy for the masses to enjoy some dividend of government.
Signed by a Nairalander. enjoy the change while it last. |

The soldier also shared more photos decked in battle regalia...Some may argue that, what he did was not bad considering what soldiers pass through in the hands of Boko Haram, however, this maybe some of the situations which prompted Amnesty International's report on war crimes committed by Nigerian soldiers in the fight against Boko Haram..

Politics › Re: Imo Workers Begin Indefinite Strike Today Over Unpaid Salaries by ahaz: 8:57am On Jul 28, 2015 |
KingKuntaVart: Government activities in Imo State will, with effect from today, remain grounded, following the indefinite industrial action called by labour leaders in the state.
This development has eventually vindicated Vanguard that had exclusively been reporting the growing discontent among workers, over the state government’s alleged plan to slash staff salaries in the state.
According to a public announcement broadcast in Radio Nigeria, Heartland FM and Hot FM, signed by all the labour leaders, in lauding the State Chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Mr. Austen Chilakpu, all workers were ordered to remain in their respective homes until otherwise directed by the union leaders.
The aggrieved labour leaders hinged their current action on the unwillingness of the state government to fulfil its own part of the recent agreement it freely entered with labour, over the backlog of unpaid salaries and allowances owed workers.
A civil servant that spoke on strict grounds of anonymity, fumed that “Governor Rochas Okorocha chose to travel to the United States of America, when he should have stayed at home to resolve the brewing labour crisis that has now hit the state.”
Continuing, the worker, who accused the Governor of double standard, wondered why he should send his son overseas to study, when his administration not only prides itself with running free education at all levels, but had also been claiming that Imo State University, compete with other universities across the world.
