I'm selling the damn car

Moderate Refinery Execution Risk: DIL's refinery project is still on track to be completed by 2023, and requires additional USD1.1 billion capex in 2022 to be partly funded by the new bond. Considering the importance of the refinery's cash flow contribution to the company's deleveraging capacity, the timely completion of the project is a key driver of our rating, and only limited delays or cost overruns may be tolerated in the current rating.

Limited Financial Flexibility: Funding for the completion of the refinery project is expected to be partly covered by proceeds of the new bond. If the transaction is not successful, or should completion costs overrun or market conditions in the cement or urea sector deteriorate materially, we do not believe that DIL's existing creditors would have further lending capacity. We believe that further asset sales, either in cement, or stakes in the projects, would be the more likely options to address funding of the refinery.

Transformational Projects: The refinery project is expected to sustain strong margins and yield solid cash generation, adding diversification to DIL's profile and allowing rapid deleveraging. Once operational, we expect this project to contribute around USD1 billion to EBITDA annually when ramped up from 2024.

Thanks bro, so you mean my 4.5kv can't power a new model 1.5hp conveniently right?.

Which 1hp a.c do you suggest i get, one that could successfully make a self con bedroom freezing. And should i go with inverter or non-inverter.

Sorry for the many questions, I'm exhausted making repeated errors choosing appliances.

Tinkerogun:
Thanks for the response, guess what : my wife just gave her enrollment slip:
Me: babe are you sure they didn’t give you any slip?
Babe: slip ? I can’t remember , they only gave me one tiny paper
Me: Let me see:::
It turns out to be enrollment slip:
Me: I now know reason why husband die early in Nigeria.
Babe: sorry.

edimolu:
I got it used, I just know it's an old model lg non inverter. Something like this

edimolu:
Thanks for your input. Should I go for a 1.5hp inverter a.c, or get a 1hp non inverter (i feel the gen can power 1hp easy).

The reviews I'm getting about inverters durability is discouraging, that's why I'm considering the option of a lesser non-inverted horse power. But I'll love to hear your opinion on this.

edimolu:
Can you assist me with this too

So I finally got the 4.5kva elepak generator. But the problem here is, it can't conveniently power the 1.5hp a.c at home. I have to switch off all the lights, virtually everything. And wen it's powered and i put on few lights the gen's circuit breaker goes off within 20 mins. And the gen would hv been unnecessarily hot including the tank.

But without the a.c being ON, the gen powers everything including the big deep freezer. It's a big house with 2 living rooms and 5bedrooms. The gen powers it all conveniently without any wahala.

So I talked to à generator engineer and he said its because the LG is an old model with a high compressor, so it requires much energy from the Gen, that if it was a new model, it will power it without hassle, cos the new model, it's compressor requires less voltage.

Pls how true is this?

Thank you for your analysis, however, why then is the whole fuss about Inverter AC being energy saving and can be powered by small generators? Just trying to be careful before purchase tho'

Thank you for this enlightening insights...the work permit he was given also comes with a job offer for €800 net monthly pay.

In 2022, the national minimum wage in Albania remained fixed at €248.4 per month, that is 2,981 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

Please I need help on how to solve these error codes P0301,P0302,P0303 and P0304.

I just bought the car and I have used the car for almost 3 weeks without any problem. I took it to a mechanic workshop just to do one of two things that are necessary like security, bearing . When I got there to pick up the car now discovered that the car was not working well the way it was before taking it to the mechanic workshop. Misfired on idle and I ran the scan and brought up these error codes. Thanks

Has anyone one here knows how to mute the beeping noise of the prepaid meter circle in Red on the attached image? The one circle in blue was the one I was using before and muting it was straight forward. One thing I noticed about the new one is that the beeping stop by 7pm or there about and start again 7am the nxt day repeatedly

It will, by Constitution a president should get certain 25% in some states. So if election is boycotted and someone is declared a winner then it means it is an illegitimate government which is null and void and not binding on the people of the east

My Nissan Altima 2005 had a wire issues. It refused starring or even kicking. A Rewire said its a brainbox issue. I had to buy another one and still same thing. Towed it down to Ibadan where I base. Another Rewire came on board and got it to start with my old brainbox.

Currently, it does not raise, while started.

What could be the issue and can I get a good Rewire in Ibadan, that can help fix?

We picked two bike men who told us initially that they were going to collect 1k per bike but on our way at the immigration gate, they said because we don't have covid-19 card, yellow card and our passport is a virgin passport, they collected 4k per bike eventually. We were asked to drop from the bike half way and walk in through the aid of an immigration officer.
