I'll advise we stop quoting those folks who come in and run the team down. Wishing the team some kind of ill luck.

There is nothing anyone here can say that will change their mind. It's already made up. Giving them attention will only bring their fellows out of hiding and you guys won't like it when they flock in.

They are many on nairaland. Front page topics testifies to this. Imagine some one saying Atletico Madrid will whip Nigeria 10-0 etc. Most of them are ignorant and they do not know. One was even asking why Yakubu was not on the team list and so on.

So their is no way you can convince someone who does not believe in himself to believe others. It's very simple.

because that is the only thing men compliment here.

Women feel better when they are complimented for things that aren't so 'obvious' to many. Small things like their smile, hair, intelligence and such, are what women prefer to be complimented on. They are always so much happier when a man sees something other than B and Y to compliment.

But most Nigerian men na one-way street, they only see front and back.
There is need for balance in complimenting both the concrete and abstract beauty of humans.

The B & Y that stands today will fall tomorrow.

On a final note, our women should know that the world do not revolve round cleavages alone. More time needs to be dedicated to finding one's true self than going about doing all kinds of implants that won't last a lifetime.

But why do our leaders always read from paper?
the thing is, you can't give what you do not have and since the process(es) in which we select our leaders is/are faulty, what kind of leaders do we expect to have? Most of our leaders are just figure head. They do not even possess basic leadership skills.

Leadership is not necessarily about building infrastructure. It's about uplifting the consciousness of your people, making them see themselves in a great light, birthing a resurgent dream in their hearts. As in the first responsibility of a good leader is to deliver the Word. [b] That's why I hate all these our transmission transmitted leaders. Take away paper from their hands, come hear absolute rubbish wey go dey comot from their mouth. No word, no dream.[/]b

The only thing Nigerian men seem interested in complimenting is brezz and yansh grin

But don't you think that B&Y is the only thing Nigerian women expect their male counterparts to complement.?

I don screw one black(when I was single... grin grin) woman before just because I started a conversation with YOUR HAIR LOOK GLAMOROUS....And she was shocked and that was disturbing because her hair was so dark, tough and beautiful but she though I was kidding because she didnt even know her hair was beautiful because you rarely see a black woman with natural hair.

Do you also know the white people think black hair is beautiful ??
If I don't know of many, I can still remember growing up, there was this white girl who always admire and wished her hair too is thick that it can be plaited and weaved.

that is why I do tell my friends that beauty is a thing of the mind. It's more inner than outer. Most of our people have what I called "IDENTITY CRISIS" they always want to appear like every dick and Harry celebrities.

foreign hair get range and most girls cannot afford the range you are talking of. E no pass 3% of girls that can buy that range of foreign hair.

Maintaining natural hair is far more expensive than what 80% of ladies can afford

Abeg leave us with our foreign hair, na so una go dey bobo pesin for here about natural hair as if most Nigerian guys appreciate such. Anything girls do in this country, it's because of Nigerian men, to gain the approval of one man or the other. Y'all created the monsters you see today, so, enjoy them grin.
If no body does, I do appreciate it. Recently, I saw some random ladies, I whispered at them just to get their attention... I walked up to them to tell them how beautiful they are in their natural hair.(not the usual plaiting or afro thing)-this one seems to be a new trend as I have been seeing it on few others . The level of surprise that greeted my compliment confused me myself as if say no one has ever complimented them in their natural Beauty before.

Their is need for awareness on the beauty of the black race and I feel that our media and entertainment industry have major roles to play.

No more should our black women see themselves as inferior to other race due to their skin color, hair and even today sef eye color.

Bros, dont let anybody deceive you. The percentage of Nigeria women who are wearing their hair natural is not even up to 5% of the whole female population. Most Nigeria girls I hve spoken to about it says the black woman natural hair is ugly,mgbeke-ish, nappy and the white womans weave ons are classy. The only place you see women wearing natural hair proudly is in the north and this applies to only the poor.

Every body living on this planet knows the black woman hate her skin color thats why she bleach, hate her eye color thats why they add contact lens, hates her hair thats why she buys a fake piece of hair and glue or stich it into a natural hair. These are all signs of low self esteem...The Koreans that made the hair feels the blacks have inferior hair thats why they cover it up. The whites feel pity for their insatiable nature and obsession about hair and how they walk around with fake hair hanging on their heads.....this sshit is so funny,it took my wife a while to understand how silly she looks with those European-ish on her head. She cut her hair and went natural, now all her friends want to go natural because of how beautiful her hair looks and our daughter's and I have to learn how to make hair because I have a wife and two daughters. I can count up to 4 girls who blocked me on FB because of this matter.
the funniest part of it is that the money spent on these foreign hairs if saved for a year can give Nigeria a dualised express road that spans from Lagos to Maiduguri.

We're in the season of surprises and with the way coaches are dropping key players from their World Cup list, we need to prepare for the unexpected.

Rohr fit drop Mikel and Nacho for tactical and technical reasons *runs outta thread*.

that ancient man has been the chairman since I was in primary school. Is no one else competent enough to fill that position?

These people don't know that the longer they stay in a position, the lesser the good will toward them.
hahaha... Ancient man indeed.

The longer they stay in position, the less effective they become because most times they can't catch up with change.

The last time I really had the feel of our supporters club was during Ghana 2008.

Does this makes him eligible to play against DRC?

Could the nff and coaching crew organize or arrange all the matches played or featured in since the inception of worldcup till date.
I think if this tournament is really or actually about us making a different i think this is one of the kind of psychological motivation this young talented guy might need.

Because football has become a team game. Look at the Leicester before or prio to their last English title we saw fable men few talents with strong focus, goal, determination, energy and a set of individuals aiming great hights. My opinion tho
you mean something like a documentary?

Chai! The communal lifestyle has really declined over the years. Today, Man now live more Isolated than then.

Technological advancement is destroying social behaviour of man and it is reflecting in all our endeavours.

The ecstatic that comes with victory in football is far gone and I'll attribute it to commercialization of the sport.

The Chelsea-Man U FA cup final played yesterday was so dull that even the celebration that came with the goal was dead and cold and makes one wonder if it was really a final.

In short, Football seems to have lost it's glory.
