My point is morata is not the best fit for our style especially in epl. As you rightly said he may do ok in counters, but how will he survive many big heads in the box, breathing on his neck? Aguero has a low central of gravity. At his peak, he can wreck havoc in a tight space. Morata is good but he doesn't fit into what we need upfront. Lukaku is tested in epl, if it's just to keep away defenders by getting them busy , so hazard and pedro will have more freedom, it's ok by me.

None of hazard and pedro has the leg power of lampard, who can hammer shots from the central circle. We should be preparing to face more stubborn defence everywhere next season. We dont have the exclusive right to 5 defenders. Most teams now understand chelsea's style and it will be hard for morata kind of striker to thrive.
