Orikinla: A good education system will not need NYSC members as teaching staff. In a civilized system of education, no NYSC graduate is qualified to teach, because you cannot teach without a teachers certification. The use of NYSC members as teachers contributed to the depreciation of the standard of secondary school education in Nigeria caused by unqualified teachers. Have you seen the disgraceful poor knowledge of English of majority of NYSC members? And English is the official language for teaching pupils and students in Nigeria. So, how can they be good teachers when they cannot even express themselves in standard English grammar? And their English comprehension is terrible. Whether rightly or wrongly, these Corp members provide an economic value to Nigeria. The person I quoted said they provided NO economic value. |

batulakarada: Do you know how many secondary school girls that have been impregnated by male corpers? Are you saying that because some unscrupulous men have failed to control their p3n¡s the entire programme should be scrapped? Do you know how many university (and in a lot of cases secondary school) girls have been impregnated by those big bellied hallowed red chamber occupants? Should we now scrap the legislature because of that? By the time village boys mete out justice on d erring corper eye go clear |

Chomzy19: It is not entirely true that the earlier you come the best space and kit you get. You are allocated a space and you Dont have the right to choose where you stay in some camps. E.g. rivers camp. They also start allocations from the oldest hostels. Also you will serve punishment for coming a day before. Be wise iRep #NonwaGbamTai... My greetings to HRH Gbene mene tua tua |

Everyone shouting "Scrapped" has not served yet. When you do then you won't be screaming that
I think rather than scrap it, they should make it voluntary with incentives. For example in entering the civil service after you have served, you should be ahead of an equivalent colleague who did not serve. |

fados4sure: Ofcourse i had TRNC residence permit Did Turkey put a stamp on your passport? Cyprus is like the Arab states apart from Egypt. If you have been to Israel you can't get to most Arab states. Same with Cyprus. What TRNC and Turkey do is to give you a paper if you plan to visit Cyprus. And I still repeat you cannot go to Republic of Cyprus from Turkey o. You must go through another country |

castroevans: Sorry about the loss... In as much as i'm not in support of theft, I believe anyone who leaves home pretty early should prepare for this. Once u get into your car, all ur valuables should be kept hidden and leave one or two unimportant things at their disposal. I have a samsung Note 2 I rarely use but it's in my car, I have decided to sacrifice it should it occur (I reject it though) and a superiority wrist watch. Always prepare for the raining day. I have a Samsung Note 1 that is in intensive care unit (hanging on to life). I will be willing to do a trade up for your Note 2. |

Halob: Okay I didn't do that, also am not planning on going to court. But everything was done based on trust. And it didn't look like a big zonal church in the metro will do that. But I strongly agree with you. Thanks It is a VERY DANGEROUS thing to do business on trust. Like Fashola said, the only thing that can bring enmity amongst brothers is money (paraphrased). I suggest you take it as one of them things, move on and learn. In business I but everything in black and white with signed and dated copies (I include time on some sef lol). Your business is one were people have a general perception that the practitioners are dubious/cunning. I suggest u professionalise your operations and develop standard operating procedures. |

Halob: I agree with you on that but what about when I gave them an invoice 2 days before they met with the landlord? They never communicated with me about the invoice if it wasn't okay by them, they just kept mute. Did you get them to read, sign and confirm receipt of the invoice? Nothing signed means no contract. Word of mouth is not provable in court |
