No, Cross River doesn't produce oil. Neither are they in the Niger Delta as you won't find one Delta of River Niger anywhere in Cross River. You also won't find any Delta in Imo or Abia

I don't know when Abia State became part of the Niger Delta. That oil is produced in Abia doesn't make it a Niger Delta state. Its akin to calling Russia or Canada or even the UK an OPEC country because they produce oil.

You complaining about short knicker obviously know nothing about English grammar. What he wore is called shorts in pure English. Knickers refer to a ladies underwear popularly called pant (pata in yoruba or idrossi in Urhobo). So you are right calling them shorts but wrong to refer to them as Knickers. That's if we wanna speak proper English. But since what we speak in Nigeria is Nigerian English short knicker is allowed. After all Americans call it pants and Brits call it trousers

This is different from INEC Card reader. No card is needed for this. The device does realtime/offline identification of fingerprints from stored templates.

I'm sure you know that INEC card readers never failed to validate cards. Its primary point of failure was biometric verification. And it did this via real-time (not too sure if it did offline). And failed woefully.
