Good morning everyone, hope we all slept well?
Please I have three questions to actually ask so this is my second application and the first one was refused based on financial status and personal assets. I will be applying again soon and this are some things I changed
1. My first application just my dad was my sponsor so I made him and my mum co sponsors as she has a business and bring quite a sum every month, but I had to register her business last month so I can get the CAC certificate included in the application though she has been running it for years now. Hope it won’t be an issue that the certificate was newly issued?
2. My mum’s account statement has her name not the business name and she pays her state taxes with her name, I wonder how it will look to the VO?
3 My dad did an evaluation for all his properties and it’s a lot of pages, am I to include the whole thing?

was the remaining school fees in your father's account ? also was there at least 13,000 CAD in his account for ur schooling and also a significant amount balance for his own survival with the rest of his dependents cos the sponsor should not just have ur education money in his account but should have a significant balance after Removing ur own expenses for himself and other dependents of him I gathered.also did u have some funds in ur account ?did u have some personal funds?
yes the remaining tuition was in his account plus my allowance and no I didn’t have personal funds

Does your sponsor have other dependents?

If he does, that's the reason.

8 million naira is small if sponsor has other dependents.
yes we are four children,
Am thinking of making my mum a co sponsor?

This should have been enough considering that it was dad that sponsored you.
Please give full details of your application.
1. Duration of your program
2. Tuition fee per year
3. Dependents of your dad
My program is for one year, the tuition is 16,000cad of which I paid 8900cad , we are 4 kids

Haaa

In this case, you may have to do GIC. Maybe they have doubts that the money will be released.

What is the cost of half tuition? If it is not much, then that may not be convincing enough for them. In that case, paying full tuition is advisable.

Try www.gcmsonline.com
the half tuition was 7950CAD

SO SORRY ABOUT THE REFUSAL Please when did you apply and was it NSE?
February 18 and yes I submitted ielts
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by Aissy: 5:23pm On Jul 26, 2021
Perseverer:
It's just one reason. Request GCMS note first.

When you refire

1. Pay tuition
2. Show sufficient proof of relationship to sponsor.
3. Make sure a minimum of 10,000 CAD is deposited into your personal account from your sponsor's account... And then explain that in your LOE.
I paid half tuition, my sponsor is father and I even did a letter of sponsorship and affidavit too
How can I order my notes?

This is called Natural Justice in Australian Study Visa process. It's an avenue to clarify some information in your visa application, most times the student's visa usually get approved after providing a truthful explanation. It might be that you mistakenly picked NO for an answer thats supposed to be YES or said you've not been denied visa before whereas you've had a rejection. It's really not a big deal so cheer up and respond.
sincerely thank you so much, I am extremely thankful.

I have experience responding to PFL letters along side with supporting documents. I will respond to your inquiry to know the exact reason for the visa officer's concerns. However, I'll appreciate it if you can share the reasons here, so others can benefit from the advices given by me.

It will end in praise
thank you very much, it’s because of the chargeback that was done on my application fees by the agent I am using. So essentially they are asking how I made my application fee payment and who made it? And why the chargeback occurred. I have paid the application fees tho four days after I got the chargeback mail for them.

Please did you get any message in respect of debit to crown before this procedural fairness message ?

If yes , did you pay again and attached the payment receipt and explanation letter ?
yes I did and I paid two days later and uploaded the receipt to the space provided.

This is not true as there is no such information on IRCC website. Going for an undergraduate degree when your biological parents are your sponsors (between the age of 17-22 years), your chances of getting approval is high. However, if your sponsor is a third party (uncle) and you're above the stated age, it will be extremely difficult to scale through. More importantly, the visa processing times for undergraduate degree and Master's/PGD applicants are same. There are no preferential treatment for international students unless you're a PhD student.

It will end in praise
Good morning Sir, I sent you an email, I don’t know if you have available time to respond to it. I was given a PFL

I applied feb 14th

My first application was with an agent, and there was a charge back, I paid the money.
And the application was refused. There was no pf

So now, my currently application, I got a pf of a charge back, and note the current application was paid by me, so I didn’t see a reverse on my account.

I contacted my lawyer, explained to him and he drafted a reply for me. Still waiting for an update from ircc.

But I need to understand your application if I want to help.

Has the money been paid back after the charge back letter?

Is this your first or second application ?
Is the charge back on a current application or a previous one?
Thank you for taking time to reply.
This is my first application, I got a letter stating that there was a chargeback on my application fee that was made by my against so my aunt in Canada paid the application fee again two days after we got the chargeback letter. I have paid the money already, they are asking for an explanation why there was a chargeback in the first place and who made the payment.
