It's not mandatory one has a mobile banking before sending MBS my sponsor never had mobile banking but I generated her MBS. This is how it works go to the bank where is Account is domiciled tell them you want the MBS certificate they will send the statement directly to the embassy and then a ticket ID and password will be generated instantly in which they will print out for you immediately that's what you will upload back except if the bank your sponsor uses is not on the MBS platform yet
There are some banks like GTB bank which you can do this through your mobile banking app you send the statement directly to the Canadian Embassy and then instantly the ticket ID and password will be sent to the mail you used in opening the account or you log in to your internet banking to download it that was what I did cuz I bank with GTB.

Please so I have a little issue, today was the deadline for my NSE documents submission and I was only able to upload my IELTS because my dad couldn’t do that MBS certificate because they said he doesn’t do mobile banking. Now here is the issue I was hoping I could send his bank statement directly from my account by Monday? Also he has two accounts with that bank but the one with my funds has only be running for 6months because he transferred money from fixed deposit and created that account just for it, so please how do I go about all these ? Please I would really appreciate any form of advise

I think its best you send all together, you can merge the pdf and submit, unless you don't have the other requirements, then you can include LOE.

If is CDT, writing on 13th you'll get your result faster,I wrote on 22 Feb ,on 26 my RESULT was ready buh I've to call them so I pick it up by myself cus I can't wait for their delivery,so I went to their office. So anything is achieveable.
For the bank statement that's not up to 12 months guess you should attach a letter to explain why is like that and also submit the one that's up to 12 months.
My own penny though,all the decision lies in your hands

All these agents and their false info. Please you can go through the thread and see denials despite providing those requirements. You cab write a letter stating that you are excempted from IELTS as your studies were treated in English as evidently seen in your transcript, you can include you secured an admission without ielts as your school acknowledged you as being an English speaking Nigerian. Also your school in canada write a letter to assist you as well. For the bank statement, you can send the same statement you used before

FYI, NSE is not Mandatory therefore if you are sure yiu can't write it, all you need to do is write a letter explaining reasons why. As for the bank statement, you can ignore that as well. Therefore ur application will be treated under the normal route. Otherwise, you need to make at least 6.0 in all bands in the IELTS. Again meeting the NSE requirements does not guarantee an approval and not meeting it also doesnt guarantee an approval. Therefore everything still boils down to how good your sop is

Okay, you are good to go then,

What you gonna do now is to Book for your BIOMETRICS appointment online on VFS WEBSITE, either you choose LAGOS VFS office or ABUJA VFS office, any one close to you (the choice is yours), tell your agent to guide you on how to register online for a BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT.

At the end of the registration, you will receive a BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT LETTER


About you not receiving mails from IRCC,
Its obvious the agent didn't use your mail to sign up for a GCKEY account, reasons why you are not receiving mails from IRCC.

You would need to do what Frankrobbn advised you to do if you want to be receiving updates about your Application in your mail

Please request for your login details from the compensated agent. You can easily monitor the progress of your application through your CIC account.

If you submitted your Application on Thursday, you out to have received two mails by now in which you will be directed to login into your GCkey account. Once you login, you would see two PDF files in Blue Colour

- Confirmation of Submission
- Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL), so download them, most esp. that BIL, cos that's one of the document you will take to VFS (Lagos or Abuja office) for your BIOMETRICS.

If you haven't gotten a mail from IRCC by now, its either
- Your Application has not bin submitted due to TRANSACTION DECLINED (in red color) caused by IRCC not accepting payment from some ATM Cards;
or
- due to some Unforseen Circumstances

If the payment was successful and you were debited the $235 CAD in Nigerian exchange rate in CAD, wait till Monday, the mail might come in by then.

Letter of Introduction (LOI) is totally different from SOP

Letter of Introduction is for someone who has gotten his/her study visa application approved, and passport stamped.

SOP is a letter meant for someone applying for a Study Visa.

This is where you tell:

-A story unique to yourself.
-Who you are.
-What you presently do?
-Why study in Canada and not some other country?
-Why return to your country after study?
-Why the school?
-Why did you choose the course?

- You didn't add an SOP (Statement of Purpose) - VERY VERY IMPORTANT, make sure your SOP is well-written & very convincing

- No CV or Resume

- No Sworn Affidavit of Support

- Its quite obvious the only work experience you have here is your One Year Mandatory NYSC work experience, that bin said, apart from your NYSC DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE , the following documents if available will solidify your Work Experience, they are;

NYSC Posting Letter (Showing you were accepted at the PPA)
Call-Up Letter
NYSC ID Card
Recommendation letter from my PPA (Place of Primary Assignment) - OPTIONAL
Pictures of me on duty at my PPA (might be optional aswell)

Note:
Under the occupation field in your IMM FORM, you will write NYSC

Make sure you compress your Documents before merging them, so it would accommodate the 4MB file upload limit for the two Upload Category of Client Information & Proof of Means of Financial Support
