naliakar:Is the Ghanaian soccer team of 2010 currently better than the Nigerian soccer team of 2010? Yes, obviously! But I will not say that makes them superior to Nigeria soccer wise, afterwards Cameroon is playing shit at the moment but that does not mean Cameroonian soccer is shit? I am supporting Cameroon and CIV, I just can not bring myself to support Ghana. They just keep dishing hate at Nigerians, go to the football section of ghanaweb and you will puke. Anything that is negative about Nigeria they glorify. This is not a minority of the posters but a general feel of the forum. |
@lastpage Yep, seems the mod deleted my post and the link. Yes, we can not generalize and I just want Akwasi to note that also. But what I found generally on that forum was a naija is full of 419, they are crooks in ghana, we are better than them in soccer kind of trash talking. I guess brothers are always at each other. But Akwasi should go read and try and be a positive voice on that forum @ agabaI23 The mod removed it, go ask am maybe na ghanaian ![]() |
, bye then |
I am surprised a Ghanaian comes here to preach love thy neighbour. You guys need to go to ghanaweb and see how these guys hate on us, una go fear. Here is a thread in which they were 'marking present' as argentina supporters: http://discussions.ghanaweb.com/viewtopic.php?t=123304 Then search for a guy called Olaus who posted his mugshot on the site. The hatred he spews and the mods allow is unprecedented. So mr ghana, go and preach to your bredas first because after I read the majority of comments, I dey check myself whenever I am near a Ghanaian. |

Ujujoan:Ahh, so he listed all the countries but missed out Ghana, our neighbours. That was pure pressure, he couldn't handle the pressure. That is different from being dumb guys. The OP gave the impression he did not KNOW the countries from Africa playing the WC. |
Sometimes we all need to wear others shoes, I guess all of you crucifying the chap are geniuses and have the answers to every question on the planet. Go ask a successful american football journalist who won the champions league in 2009 and wait for the blank look on his face. French open? I guess you typed that name without looking it up abi? Give him a break, sometimes it is a very different experience when you are playing a TV show and I don'y use that to judge anyones intelligence. Move on unless you have some other motive to tear the guy down. |
In the end the Ekiti people will be portrayed as ritualistic, cannibals and everything in between thanks to the Oyinbo man's focus on the negativity of the African. I don't trust them and knowing our leaders, no one has actually read the script. |
It took an injury time goal for mighty Spain to beat the Saudi's. 3-2 final score, again guys remember this was a practice game for our boys. It can not get any worse! |
D Benz door melted! chai. Well we know that $100k ride na more of plastic all in the name of aerodynamics and weight balance. |
Sege 'o' law! Good job, I hope this stays in the home page for a long time. |
eva4wd:Thank you oh,after reading the link, the Bisi fella is someone I would give much respect to. Yes Mr. Panel beater tried with his 'luxury' ride . He is a motivated chap to take it on himself but that is all he has going for him. If I take cash and go to a mechanic village do you know how many panel beaters I can get that will each produce something as nice or better? Now take cash and look for someone with Bisi's skills! How many u wan find! Mr. Panel Beaters skill is not unique or groundbreaking, period.I am really shocked at how we praise mediocrity in the name of patriotism and 'let us encourage him'. |
comechop:You really took the time to think that one out didn't ya? |
COOL DK: ![]() Did this fellow graduate from a school? Just reading your post tells me about the level of intellect you possess. Also, when you are typing up your posts and you see a wavy red line below most of your words, do me favor and right click and take your chances to find the correct spelling, may have better luck that way |
In the land of the blind the one eyed man is king. What else can I say: "It is 100 per cent safe. I can even remove my hands from the steering when driving for some minutes to show its stability" "there is a table affixed to the back seats for the comfort of passengers at the back, which they can use for eating or relaxing the legs." IIHS will give this car 5 star for sure on safety ![]() @ texazzpete. Which part of my post did I say the link shows a beetle manufactured by VW? Read my post properly before you jump and start spilling insults. "Anyway, here is a link of an older one from the 60's (note the tail light), probably the model the naija VW company copied in the 80's" As the writer of the article noted, it's a caricature. Good panel beater? Most definitely good for him clap clap. But he sure is not a Guido da Vigevano to "inspire mechanical engineers in Nigeria" as someone on here mentioned. |
OAM4J:You no sabi use google yourself? Which part of naija were you in the 80's? I know for sure the car was a rave in Lagos at a time and I wished my dad had one ![]() Anyway, here is a link of an older one from the 60's (note the tail light), probably the model the naija VW company copied in the 80's http://www.oldbug.com/rolls.htm |
If you were around in the early 80's you will know that VW actually manufactured the beetle in that shape. EXACTLY This dude just found a junked beetle model like that and beat it back to life. Meh! Zero creativity, 100% copy copy. Next, |
Healthcare? Give me a break, it seems a lot of people do not appreciate how fragile this body of ours is. Can we now say nobody has died in "America" one week after a car crash? How did the "American" health care keep 2pac alive for one week and allow him die? The trailer left on the road without any warning signals etc, that is a problem of the system, but blaming the healthcare with the little facts we have is ridiculous. |
Chris Hughes, the Facebook co-founder, and the engine behind the MyBarackObama community organization site, is back in the start-up business. His new enterprise is called Jumo, (jumo.com) which soft launches today. Jumo--a Youruba word meaning “together in concert”--is a non-profit that aims to help people find ways to help the world. “We’ll be matching people based on their skills and interests with organizations around the world that need their input,” Hughes told me. “It’s a discovery process that first matches, then helps people build relationships, then let’s people share their resources.” Links: http://www.fastcompany.com/1587957/facebook-chris-hughes-jumocom?partner=rss http://www.thestar.com/news/world/article/784111--facebook-founder-launches-site-that-connects-people-with-important-issues |

organized-chaos ok that wasn't one word |
No, she is not in control of her emotions. You need that in such a sensitive role in which you are addressing the nation/press frequently. She should go to Health or a similar role |
LOL watching it twice in 3D will make you catch the Audio line? hahhaa Yes, he did say Nigeria, but also Venezuela as places they had fought and won, I think it is more in line to obtaining natural resources (Oil=Nigeria, Venezuela) as they were now trying to mine unobtanium (Pandora's natural resource) on Pandora |

How many people would want an employee that will fight for your interest should you be incapacitated? Aondoakaa showed a trait that is uncommon, loyalty. The only problem was how he went about it, he went way overboard and did not use a lot of intelligence. For Madam Dora, brave woman, you won this fight. Just move on. You don't continue to punch a man that is down. |
If no conspiracy theory from the US, then the US proves again how they suck with foreign policies. If you keep calling a child useless without showing the child the correct thing and helping that child, that child WILL become useless. By putting Nigeria amongst the bad boys list, you just made her a bad boy simple. Now the battle line is drawn, the US will stand and watch, al-qeada WILL get involved then the US will justify why Nigeria should remain on the list and how its a failed state bla blah |
Good job, never to late to help |
otawa:It is a step to help your people by attracting foreign investors, like I said, no country can stand on it's own in this day and age. If your image is bad, and you do nothing about it no investor will touch you with a stick a mile long. Which means no new jobs etc. Taking care of your image comes hand in hand with your ability to attract new businesses and investors and thus helping your people. Go and ask Ghana how they now have MTN, Guinness HQ moved over to Accra from Nigeria. By having a bad image? For the people that do not know Nigeria is a country, we definitely will not gain anything from them anyway, so those are not our targeted individuals. |
Point is our foreign image is in tatters, too much bad news about Nigeria. It is times like this you step up to the plate and show you still want to belong in the international community and not end up a pariah state. Making promises to help if it is needed is just rubbish. |
This is a shame, Haiti is full of blacks, yet no support from Africa, except South Africa. Our Acting Deputy Vice President could only express "sympathy and grief with our brothers and sisters". Not a dime or a pledge made in cash or resources. Look at this list and you will understand what I am saying, even if it's $100,000. In short we yab for Africa. It is not everyday we should be helped, when issues like this occur we need to show we are not a continent of takers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Response_to_the_2010_Haiti_earthquake |
If you are a Nigerian, you better shit before you enter plane. Use toilet and you are a suspect |

We need to stop applauding our own jokes!!!
