I was shocked by my niece question who turned 21 yesterday. As we we were celebrating her birthday, she was told to ask any question that bothers her most about relationship to her friends. To my greatest surprise, she raised a storming question that no man and woman was able to give convincing answer.
She asked and I quote;
"Is it a crime for men to wear women their pants and bra back after sex?"

Let's have a sober reflection on this question and a reasonable answer as to why men find it so easy to remove but forget to wear it back.
I think it boils down to a lot of factors.
if u were raised in an environment where women are not valued
, u will find it disconcerting. it is a good thing to do. and I guess that lady will be willing to give u willingly, the next time u ask for it. women are more interested in after sex values , than the sex itself.

If it matters, here's my situation: I'm 53 and divorced 2 years after 12 years of marriage to a man with major mental health issues. I stay active--working out, healthy eating, etc.--and am in good shape with a good BMI. I don't know if I'm attractive or not, but I'm not ugly. I take care of my appearance. That should do it, I think.

Are men in general actually attracted to women my age? I ask because the few single men my age I've met/dated have really been looking for women who are substantially younger (say, ten years or more). I get how young = attractive. It just seems like women my age are pretty much ignored by most men unless they're married to them (and sometimes even then they still go out looking for 'fresh fish'). I know there's a lot that goes into the mix--personality, zest for living, confidence, etc., and maybe I'm warped by my few experiences. But given a choice and all else being equal, wouldn't most men over, say, 40, prefer dating women who are substantially younger?

Just trying to put things in perspective.

I saw thread about how to survive as a contract staff in the banking industry and couldn’t help but create one for the IOCs.

Not that I know how to survive but anyone working there can educate the house.

I work in a bank but most times I always wonder if it is the same thing in the oil and gas industry. Maybe because I aspire to work there someday.

The discrimination is real! I can’t help but wonder, in all them oil companies is it the same level of discrimination? Is it as bad as it in banks?

The banks discriminate financially, benefit-wise even when it comes to work, the contract staff get a larger share and the worst part is that there is no hope of being converted to a full staff

So i`m calling on those who have worked in the oil and gas sector, please enlighten the house.
