Who told you so? How many times have you fly before? Already flew uncomfortable times on economy and few times on first class. Nothing about the food when I was on first class stuck out to me aside the fact that you get more options and you have more comfort. Nonetheless, there were good amount of thrash meals on and much more nice and healthy meals on economy flights.

My advice won't be long. If there is a possibility of something that you don't want to happen will happen, then do not create or allow circumstances that will facilitate it to happen. Human beings are human beings. It's only "angels" that will not have the tempting thought run through their mind once or more in crazy situation. You know that most of our people are sick in their mind. But one should also understand that it is hard to refer to a Nigerian soldier as a hero because of their reputation of terrorizing the citizens. You just go out in the street in a camouflage or drive in a vehicle that has same colour as the Nigeria military colour. Do you know how traumatized Nigerians are? I live in Texas and each time I see a vehicle in that military green colour, my mind goes straight to Nigeria and stories of their attack on civilian vehicles of that colour just flash through my mind. Funny enough, I still experienced same thing just two days ago. In fact, I drove past that same vehicle twice on that day.

It is his brain messing him up. I don't think it necessarily has to do with old age or mental health. It can happen to a younger or healthier person. If one is used to giving handshakes to individuals beside you after a speech in the past and it is something one has done multiple times in the past, the brain will involuntary program your mind to try do the same thing on another occasion even if no one is there but conscious self awareness tell you the condition is not the same as in the past. It becomes a problem if this happen again and again. I know that as a younger and healthier person, there were times I voluntarily took actions I wasn't supposed to take but only did so because these actions were things I had done multiple times in the past that I needed not think about it each time. It's just the brain instructing your mind to take same action as in the past when you face similar situation. But it's something that shouldn't happen often.

I am not doubting your point that some western countries have hands in this but why does the government do nothing concrete about it? How does the Nigerian police force failed to account for hundreds of thousands of ammunition it claimed has gone missing? Foreign countries aren't proponent of RUGA or attempts by FG to seize waterways down south. There are historical evidence that there were black people in America before slavery but no one know the truth. Even if there were, most blacks in America today are there because of the slave trade. I think those claiming foundational black Americans are even denying that the slave trade to America ever happened or so.
