bizbrainko:If not for the fact that they have been killing and kidnapping the wrong people, we should be thanking them for helping us bring this evil country to an end since the corrupt elected refused to do so peacefully due to the spoils they are accumulating. I am not taking them serious until they hit Aso Rock. |
God, what kind of human beings are these? |
"While describing June 6, 2021, as “Black Sunday,” he said the attackers on his house in Oraifite were “aided by two native doctors whose bodies were dotted with charms.” DSS go around with native doctors like they did with Sunday Igboho when they stormed his house. This is truly an evil country. |
Creamypie:Why make such wild claim. How many Nigerians do you know that live abroad? |
9jaRealist:This is one of biggest problem. The way we reason. Most people put money above all things. That's why the country is in a mess. And most are not even making the money. |
God1000:There are also lots of Nigerians in top professional positions in western countries. Of course, it make sense that more are in lower cadre jobs. I used to work in one of the top oil and gas firms in the US, and there were two of us yorubas in a group of over 30 staff, that form a tiny fraction of the company. I met numerous individuals who were Nigerians or of Nigerian descent, especially during lunch time soccer period. And that's just one company. And these were not some "moi-moi" jobs. The group I was with was mostly made of PhDs. |
Oluvan:You really need help young man. |
We Africans need to cover our faces in shame. How does Ukraine that experience months of winter become the food basket of the world, while we with 65% of the world arable land, year round sunlight and year round planting season is often the one reportedly complaining of hunger. We need to have our brains reset. |
Blackestjunior:But his picture will be placed upside-down on the wall. |
Oloriburuku. You want unity and you want to come use the federal government to grab all our waterways and adjoining lands in the south for your fulani terrorists kinsmen . You, Buhari, shall experience hell before leaving this planet earth. |
FutureIsFemale:Most Nigerians will laugh at your comment but I won't because I know you are right. However, this is possible in a Yoruba Nation because it's only in Yorubaland that women have some level.of control but it's still poor because our men have borrowed wrong ideas from other parts of Nigeria. In fact our traditional spirituality recognizes the power of women. Our creation story tell us that Olodumare (God) created woman first, and it was a female divinity whom the 15 other male divinities ignored initially that brought success to their work to make earth habitable for humans. We should learn from Rwanda. The Europeans we are picking ideas from hated women and thats why they were not allowed to vote for a long time. People need to learn history. It was the colonialists who taught our men how to subjugate women. |
Can you imagine, a go and come politician as boss over a monarch that has been in existence for hundres to thousands of year. It's because even the Obas have allowed themselves to be used by politicians. If they were selected by IFA, the case will be different. There is no reason a first class Oba must be under a governor's control. In fact the governor should be answerable to the Obas. We need Yoruba Nation badly to correct this nonesense. |
Useless coward citizens. You are all forked. What are you all waiting for? Expecting God to come down from heaven to solve the problems he already gave you a brain to solve? No balls or ambition. I am sure you are waiting for the premier league to start or BBNaija season to commence. Awon "arindi dede". |
bigeagleeye:I do not regard 99% Nigerians as normal human beings. People should be on the streets, especially in the south demanding the breakup of this damned country, but you are busy shouting "Obidient" or "Atiku". As if they are not going to operate under the evil 1999 constitution. |
MKO Abiola, a drug lord? Does this guy have a clue. I actually watched an interview he appeared just yesterday and thought he is a reasonable journalist. He probably doesn't know what it meant to be MKO Abiola. Abiola that had a front seat to himself during a USA democratic convention in those days. It's like saying Dangote is doing drugs today because Abiola was the Dangote of those days and was more philanthropic than Dangote. |
Adichi, I feel you but unfortunately even Jesus Christ cannot run Nigeria successfully under the fraudulent 1999 Constitution. Nothing works if the foundation is faulty. Breaking up Nigeria is the only way out. We all know Nigeria is already "dead". It's only looking for victims to take along. |
DSS is now Buhari assassination squad, killing youths all over the country. The same assassination attempt was made on Sunday Igboho. |
Salvador, these are the true Lagosians. His name suggest he is of the Brazilian Quarter, a descendant of Yorubas taken as soaves to Brazil but who returned to form the Brazilian Quarter on Lagos Island. The Brazilian Quarter cover Igbosere Street, Campos St, Bamgbose St., Tokunbo St., Adele St., Catholic Mission St, and few other adjoining streets. Back in the days, you will see individuals with last name such as Carena, Domingo, Dacosta, Pereira, Santos, Fernandez, DaRocha, etc. In those days, they were very influential and successful people and were members of the Lagos social circle. One of them , Abimbola DaRocha, founded the ADRAO School on Victoria Island. Late Antonio Dehinde Fernandez iwas also of the sane heritage. He was one of the richest Africans in his lifetime. Also, Sanwo-Olu's wife is from the Carena family. He grew up on Carena Street. Few Brazilian architectural houses built by these families still remain on Lagos Island. |

Problem.of black Africans. They tend to praise individuals running the system they benefit from even if the individuals are committing mass murder. The lives of others doesn't matter. |
Subsidywise20:Punished with a fee. Did any of their executives got a jail term? See the paltry $500k fee they are to pay compared the Western Union over $500 million fee. Someone ought to have served life sentence for that. Maybe they made a wrong move by pleading guilty. |
lionlee216:What in the world would make you withdraw that mush cash? They would have assumed it's for an illegal transaction in this cashless age. Una wan keep am under pillow? They surely sent details of the transaction to the FBI or one of the govt financial security agencies. But once they know the kind of profession you are into, no wahala. I once got a call from some criminals trying to scare me that I am involved in fraud through an app I used to send money to Nija. In fact they gave name of my brother in Nija as recipient, which baffled me as to how they got hold of my transaction information. I simply "slammed" the phone on them. Me, fraud? For where? How in heaven do those that commit crime in Western societies go to bed in peace at night. I detest heavy heart! |
babzo:They are just showing them that the business is not their territory. I know there might have some minor laxity here and there, but they ought to have just fined the company, and jail those that committed the crime. It's a scare tactic to prevent young Africans away from the business. It's usual Western culture of double standard. |
kingtinnie:Yea. And if you feel threatened, you have a right to go to the court to seek an order that prevent that individual from coming near you by some distance. Thats how celebrities deal with stalkers. |
obailala:There is no privacy in a public space. The privacy end in your house or private property. Why do pressmen run after celebrities? The problem is that most of you do not know your rights, and that is why you are being mistreated on a daily basis and you accept it. |
Aregbesola wan come America to enjoy and eat buffet. Meanwhile, criminals like him have been making life hell on earth for the people. Just see the Oloriburuku wey dey carry plate wan chop buffet. |
Felimax:You know what's called assault. So far it is in the public space, you can be recorded Mr. Most especially a public official. He should have just kept his ego in check and act normal; or he stay put in Nigeria. |
They were probably shopping with money made from kidnapping. |
NgeneUkwuneee:You really don't understand anything. It's like dining with the devils. Nothing good can come out of it. I do not know why most Nigerians lact the ability of critical thinking. These are the people that enforced 1999 Constitution on you. |
Upon all the sufferings these politicians put you through, these zombie yoruba mugus still show face like this. What kind of people are these. |
What happen to Vision 2020... or what is it called again. Mad people. |
I was expecting them to blame global warming. I didn't have the patience to read the whole thing. There is no govt in Lagos. The state is just like a jackpot centre where people like Tinubu and his cronies go to collect their winnings, while the majority has been rigged out. I often visit Atican Beach each time I visit Nigeria, within a space of a decade I ensured I go to the same section of that beach that is filled with waste, lots of plastic wastes. Over that time frame, nothing changed. Meaning that there is no authority to put things in check. I once saw owner of entertainment outfits along the beach burying waste under the sand. Again, a sign that no one is in charge in Lagos State. |

a Nation where the only language in the corridor of power is cash out!
