PoliticsRe: Pat Utomi Did Not Withdraw From The Presidential Race by akara(m): 1:07pm On Apr 17, 2007
grin

Come to think of it, would the likes of Utomi and Gani (2003) make a difference against the established order of politics? Gani did the right think by leaving politics and I thinK Pat Utomi has done the right thing as well. I truely see it as a protest against the goings on. He should come back when the nation is more mature on how politics should be played

I have never met anyone who has OSU written on their forehead or wearing it. If you think he will make a good husband and father to your kids, dont let the sins of his fathers, father, father get in the way. I am can assure you that whatever the sins were, it has been paid long ago.

The forum cant really decide that, as I personall think its an individual thing and depending on the success of the date. A kiss can just be a kiss or it be a REAL KISS.

A choice of location should not be a problem. You have boutiques everywhere and if you are scared of cometition then forget it. If you try harder than others to make yours different (positively of course), you will have your well earned sales. Just do your fashion research well.

angry

I am surprised that those of us who are supposed to be a little enlightened - thank to leaving the country, still go round the world with a stereotyped and tribalist mind.

@topic, should never have mentioned the a particular tribe.  It is a Nigerian problem. If you go the average cafe in the country there is a mixture of tribes involved.  The fact that Oprah,s show mentioned Ibo like names does not imply that only Ibos are involved. I am sure you all someone involved in even worse crimes that is not IBO.  How abou those that are not Ibo but yet have Ibo aliases as a cover.

Lets grow up.

I have always said lets make SEUN president.

The Idea is good but with a lot of buts, This is NIGERIA and we NIGERIANS not matter where we may reside.
For starters, the ideaology and the thinking of the Nigerian people would have to be worked. We d have to do a lot
revolutionar work ie get lock up or hide everybody in a position of power.

The mentality of the average Nigerian is quite different when money is involved.

BusinessRe: Why Is Solar Power Not Commonly Used In Nigeria? by akara(m): 2:03pm On Apr 10, 2007
grin

With more awarenesss, Nigerians will find that Solara power will be the best alternative at leat for domestic use. Its a shame that people are made to suffer days on end without power and have come to accept it as normal. Initial cost of installation is high but on the long run, it is really worth it. No Nepa threatening to cut off your wires for a servic eyou do not use.

It like having a borehole as your source of water supply, it expensive at first but you dont have the proble of water when all the neighbours go without. Ah, unless Nepa abi na PHCN seize power.
