I believe if the mother knows that the child will have mental or physical problems before the child is born, then i don't see a reason why she should have to carry it to term. I rather get rid of the baby, than to resent the child and neglect the child. It is really expensive this day in age to take care of a child with mental disabilities and such. However the decision would be extremely difficult.
