ifyalways: First off what did the graduate "study" in school ? When folks force themselves just cos they couldn't make good scores in Jamb to do courses like "microbiology, agric science, guidance and counselling etc" in todays "Nigeria", you can't help but wonder if such people are born stoopid. I'm not saying those courses aint great, they might be outside this shores but in Nigeria and with a mere Nigerian Bsc?c'ommon please!!!

Next, what was the graduates GPA?whatever, however, anyhow, every undergraduate in Naija should aim for 2nd class minimum. ie 2.2 .

Third, grab an short professional course you can while waiting. It enhances your CV. Even a new foreign language.

Don't ignore little beginings. Go for a job not cos the salary is great but consider the boost it would do to your CV. Plus the experience you'll grab.

Network!!! Anywhere you go, church, club, fbk, twitter etc look for positive people and network with them. Grab opportunities, sell yourself at every given time.

Think of being your own boss. Look around your immediate enviroment, what "demand" can you "supply" ?

sadeiyare: One of the issue with christainity is that 90'/, of it people are half-backed. The question is very clear 'Are Christain brothers less interesting than other men?' The answer is yes. Based on statistics, no matter how you justify it, they are, and here are my own findings :

* Christainity is about two teachings 1. Jewish ; How you relate with the body of christ, which is the church and 2. Gentile teachings ; how you relate with the world at large.
We are not of this world but still in the world, why will you not want to learn how to drive a car, operate a computer, phone e.t.c

Knowing that perfecting the saints is 5fold, which are attacked in two ways, either by evangelistic ideas, or pastorial ideas. The former actually, is so little or almost non-existent because everybody is now a pastor and thus teach how believers can be closer to each other, than how they can use the wisdom and gains of the world like the Isrealites to serve God.
Its only the few christains that has stumbled upon this that are interesting, either male or female.

In christaindom we quote things like, 'Riches of the gentiles' Treasures of darkness' and like the one I stumbled on this morning 'Inheriting desolate heritages' . If we as christains covet all these obvious riches of the world, why can't we also be even more interesting than them. The issue I surmise is mind renewal : We need to renew our minds, and understand that this Earth is the Lords and even the interesting things thereof.
Denzel Washington, is a born-again tongue speaking believer.And he got born-again in his 20's, this is just one example of an interesting brother.

Brothers and sisters, let step our game up. There is nothing wrong with sky-diving, sky-surfing, bungee-jumping. Worldliness is not what you think, but why you think it so.The bible is an interesting book full of interesting people. Our GOD is not boring

sadeiyare: Majority are, but you need to understand that the fact they are doesn't mean they aren't informed like someone said. Its just that majority get to meet GOD late, and in the process of trying to come to terms with renewing their minds with the word they somehow fall to extremes. It only takes time for them to become balanced and then you start seeing their other characteristics.

I will advise, if you are a lady dating a christain brother, or planning to, be patient. It only some time before you understand that the brother's dream is to pray in tongues while driving his ferrari

gnchetts: Please house I need an advice for this.

I'll clock 29yrs old on Jan 4th and my Husband is only 2 months older than me.I didn't really bother about the age barrier because I was already deeply in love with him before I found out.

My problem now is that am being forced to call his younger ones Aunty's and brothers and greet them in the morning. This is really very difficult for me because I gave his immediate younger sister 3years and my husband is even supporting them that is their tradition in Okija,Anambra state but I've never had about such tradition in any part of Igbo land.

Please what do I do. Am really dumbfounded.I've not been talking to my husband for 3days now and am not ready to visit his family until u advise me on the right thing to do. Because am not ready to humiliate myself to that extend.
