Okay... Thanks to you. I will get in touch with time. Hope you don't mind the presence of a lawyer during processing? How much does it cost to do a C of O at Ogun State? I haven't been there in the last 4 years but we do have a building at Sango off the Bell road.

Thanks.
That's the main thing to do, don't know the current cost of Ogun C of O.

Thanks to everyone who has dropped a hint on what they have.

However, I will like to state clearly what I want;

I want the land to have a projected development in area over a period of say 2-5 years, such that land around that region will appreaciate within the said time frame.

This implies that it may have possible appreciation like what was experienced at Mowe Ofada, Sango Otta et al.

I don't want an area that will not develop even in the next 10 years- a bush if I must add. And the said land would be good investment vehicle for erecting structures comfortable for whoever wants to use it. We are not looking for a farmland but a place where buildings will be planted for realestate purpose.

Thank you!
This place is just not too far from the sagamu interchange where we have nestle pls and of recent Honeywell meal and Procter and Gamble just acquire hectares of land to build a factory, so you can see what is in stock for development in that axis, even to your surprise an hectare is going between 500k - above , l mean an hectare.

You need to feed your eyes with the area, we have a top-notch secondary school(will not mention). No too much talk jare.

Hello...

Where in Ogun State can someone get 1 acre of land for 1 million naira with a projected development in the future, say 5 years?

I do understand that Sango Otta is already developed with lands on the high side, same with Mowe Offada... My question is, what area would be the next catch in Ogun State?

Thank you!
if you have mind around Abeokuta, has in before you enter the city, l can link you up even lesser than the aforementioned.

eedriyz: I am not sure of this problem just yet. My brother setup an account last week using his dedicated VPN which is of USA. Some days after he got a sale and had to login but he was on another ip (since the idea is that the ip is only needed during the signup. But to our surprise, he got a badge of some funny area. When we checked the IP, it was of that very area (Can't remember the name of the country now but it is somewhere near Taithi). But yesterday he was on a Nigerian IP while trying to add more gigs, guess what? He now had a Nigerian badge. Even though he's got back to his USA IP since then, he's still carrying the green white and green badge. I experienced something like this some days ago with an account I created, but I thought I was mistaken...This new fiverr interface is a bit sensitive, I guess. I can't say much now, but all I will say is that you should stay away from using any different IPs. Stick to a USA IP. This is more important to new accounts because my old accounts are still maintaining their badges
Just created an Ip yesterday but about to register a gig which l will do tonight to test run my US address.

eedriyz: Talked to a guy yesterday morning and he was like, "people said they hardly make $50/month on fiverr". So he's coy about joining too...the money is small. Yeah! I know people who averages just 2 sales in a week. And I know people who averages about 50 sales/day. My gigs are still on hold cos I already started getting orders on my site at website-tasks.com. And I'm not currently doing ebooks (later though). But my uncle is averaging 8 sales/day. I've went as high as 20 sales a day from two accts. If you are selling ebooks, create more accts and more gigs and watch your earnings double. You don't need to log in more than once to an acct. I'm currently testing some issues on IP address...I will let you guys know what it is when I make a conclusion on the observations.
Check http://idrisadeleye.com/fiverr and have a change of story.
GOod Morning
And what about the Ip address?
