Shops at Ladipo market in Mushin today were demolished. Armed men and officials suspected to be working for Mushin Local government and supported by a team of policemen invaded Ladipo Auto Spare Parts market in the early hours and carried out the exercise.

As they demolished the shops, traders were barred from entering the market to remove their goods from the shops as the armed men were battle ready to forestall any resistance from the traders as demolitions were on-going.
The traders have however started protesting the demolition and had moved to the Mushin council secretariat to complain of what they allege as illegal demolition.

Buhari again? When a government is confused, it will fall back on the old gimmick....shift the blame back to the previous regime. we don't need to know what the previous regime stole. APC already told us via sanusi during campaign how much was missing. By now, I expect many people to be in jail. Till date, apc is still telling us money is missing as if they didn't say so during campaign. Arrest these people now. Prosecute them and recover this loot. But wait.....Apc is setting up a political committe to probe money missing from NNPC. committe comprising of only APC governors. Not technocrat. Not forensic expert. Not even non partisan financial expert. What do I expect el rufai to say about jonathan? To exonerate him abi? The report of the committee is dead on arrival. The partisan nature of the committee members shows that buhari is not ready for a serious business. Just playing to the gallery to gain time. This CHANGE is a FRAUD

Why do Nigerians keep applying this 'wisdom' in a senseless way?

Are you aware that if the man is brought down now, he would surely expose the rogues in the camp of his enemies who would also be brought down and overall, Nigerian masses would be the winners when several rogues (irrespective of their camp) are brought down?...

Any sensible Nigerian with an iota of wisdom should encourage and not discourage this cycle of our collective oppressors exposing themselves.

Okay the man has always been a thief but no one cared to do anything about it. Now someone who is in disagreement with him has decided to expose the man but Nigerians in their usual Nigerian manner have decided to attack the motive behind exposing him and then go ahead to defend the thief.

Nigerians are funny, we cry that our leaders are thieves when it suits us, but when it doesnt suit us politically, we willingly forgive the person, dismiss the case and then defend the thief with the last drop of our blood even if damning evidence is brought out against the person.

Nigerians truly deserve the kind of government and leadership it gets.

But majority of Nigerian "Christians" are powerless Christians, because they don't have the Holy Spirit. Moreover, they pray selfish prayers for their self gratification, egos and vanities. While Nigeria is like a house on fire, majority of Nigerians are not praying to God to put out the fire, but praying selfish and stupid prayers for new cars, new houses, million dollar contracts, multiple entry American visa, British visa and other things they call miracles. How many of them are praying to God to rescue the innocent children suffering in the war against Boko Haram? How many churches have joined the Red Cross and Red Crescent and others to help the millions of Nigerians suffering as refugees and IDPs? They are just fooling themselves in conceit and deceit, because they cannot fool the Almighty God.

This picture reiterates the fact that the whites are better at maintainance than Africans. If a man could maintain a bag as old as this, still looking very presentable and neat; I wonder how wonderfully well he will maintain his household equipments, electronics, utensils and infact larger infrastructures like roads, bridges, refineries etc.
