The thing that upsets me more is when we start narrating our experiences of been dealt with toxic parenting from our fathers some people will be saying, we were products of manipulations of our mom. but that's a lie... they just don't know our pains.

Here are the attributes of my father, don't know if it's redpill or not.

1) My father swear for us at any slightest provocation (he uses word like, YOU GO DIE, YOU GO USE YOUR MOUTH RUB GROUND, WITCH and so much more) imagine as a kid growing up till this day and this man still uses same languages on us his children.

2) HE'S CUNNY IN NATURE TOWARDS US HIS FAMILY.

You don't dare have an issue with a neighbor in the presence of my dad which he's aware of, because the next morning he be sitting with that same neighbor and talk ill about you in your presence ( how many times my mom has quarrelled with people because of him...but before we know it, him and them have reconciled. my mom would be the bad person in the town)

3) IS WITCH A GOOD NAME TO CALL YOUR CHILD?

This man has called us witch to the extent the whole area is looking at us as one, he has literally made us look bad in the presence of people. compare us with other people.
he has spoiled us with his bad tongue. full area gossiping telling people their papa self dey call them witch...belike them don confess before.

4) MY FATHER HOLDS HIS BROTHERS CHILDREN IN HIGHER REGARDS THAN US.

you need to see the way he's happy whenever they come around, especially when they give him money like 5k, 3k ... prayers uphon prayers on them.

I married my wife and my father in-law gave us his blessings after that every year ending I use to give my father in-law things like rice chicken and some ingredients for the celebration,
By late last year my in-law died and these things which i use to give my father in-law now goes to my mother inlaw, but the senior brother to my father in-law is now on my neck, anytime he sees my wife,he always is threatening fire and brimstone.

He says that since his brother's demised we have not been visiting him and infact have not received any Christmas gift from US
Meanwhile,in every Christmas i always do for my mother inlaw what i should have done for my father in-law.

I am now confused i don't know who to serve now between my mother in-law and uncle in-law.he is now blowing fire and brimestone

The major matter now is how i can be able to service my mother inlaw and my uncle in-law then my family. I am a low income earner just managing to keep ends meet, see where i now find myself.

The main reason i am nolonger at ease is because these tribe are mainly known to practice witchcraft especialy the very family.

Please nairalanders what should I do now to save my head and the head of my loved ones.

Happy Sunday Nairalanders. I need advice from bankers in the house.

My father has been sick for quite sometimes now that he doesn't know where he is. We are three sons two daughters he has. Our mother passed away for a long time now.

My father has an account of which we his children know the password because he do send us to withdraw money atimes. Ever since he has been sick, my elder brother has been in possession of his phone and he has been making unnecessary transfers from our father's account. I got to know about the unnecessary transfer via the bank app I have on my phone. Is it possible for me to go to the bank and change the sim connected to the account to another sim without him knowing because I have all the bank details but am afraid the bank would notify him and if he gets to know, he will deal with me. I want to do it because he's spending the money uselessly and if my father gets well, he would be very mad at him.

I got married to my dream wife, she lived with a relative for 18yrs who she also called mummy, she have a biological mother, who saw her through school (university level) though she was living with this Aunty.

Problem started when i came to marry her , the Aunty was hostile, she kept coming up with issue to paint me bad. I was repeatedly called to come and explain irrelevant provocative issues sure as why i travelled to inform my wife biological mother of my wedding plans. After the bride price payment and rites duly performed, She still made me perform an additional party which she called a traditional marriage outing party in her compound. All these i did for peace sake. No one including family members, husband children or even my wife ,dear opposes her to caution her ..In all these my wife kept on saying *she stayed with her for 18yrs.*
Worst of all u latter gathered from friends that this said Aunty was laying curses on us during the marriage, that the marriage will fail and my wife will return to her with tales of martial wows.
Then she warned me to stop calling her mummy. In all these my wife was always in tears through the honeymoon.
I ignored just becos i knew after the marriage things will change. This Aunty feed my wife with all forms of manipulative desires to set us up. and even requesting feedbacks from her in some case, words here are not enough to explain all.

To my surprise two yrs into the marriage this said Aunty and her children are still key important figures in my wife live, they have access to her and my home at will, somethings they plan visits when am at work.

Each of there visits leave us in weeks of quarrels . now its me my wife blames.

Friends what do i do now, my wife insists that because of 18yrs of living with them so i should let go and pretend nothing ever went wrong.

Pls advise me.
