How was she wrong please?
She was assigned a new seat and was explained to by the chief whip yet she refused to comply. She now wanted to speak and the SP said she can only be permitted to speak from her new seat and she now raised drama. Why not obey the simple house rules? Why not comply with the seating arrangement first before protesting? Besides no senator can speak except sp recognizes you

Oga, his court hearings are being updated here. What is your business with Emefiele? He brought a policy which hurt most Nigerians and tinubu and he was always going to be dealt with. He didn't help himself by trying to be political. Even Trump is also going after perceived enemies. This is a non issue. Forget about that man

Bro please don't do this na...
Am based in Benin. I have followed govt issues closely in the past 2 administrations. Most of those things are not his own. Lemme just highlight a few
Number 11 - the appointment of Tony kabaka as a consultant
2 and 3 was started by the last administration...
9 - we still have the market union
12 - is not true
16 - the last administration built quite a lot of health center
You know these are not so true, he might have done a few but the whole write up is misleading.
I just can't start the itemization because it's only a few I can't confirm that's why I can't say much
Kabaka is not a contractor. No 12 is true. Is oshiomhole son not a youth? Govt is a continuum so it is a plus to continue their good policies.. see the amount of roads he commissioned today during his 100 days anniversary

Now to APC's appeal against the PDP.

The APC entered 9 Grounds of appeal; The Appeal Court formulated four questions for determination as stated in Image 3.

Summarily, on Issue 1: The Court held that the amended Originating Summons shouldn't have been allowed because it was incompetent.
The Appeal Court also held that it was premature, as there was no reasonable cause of action.

The suit was filed July 2022, whilst then Governor Oyetola signed the bill on 1/8/22 and notices were published on 15/8/22, hence the Court had no jurisdiction whatsoever to have entertained a suit without a cause of action. It is the cause of action that births a RIGHT OF ACTION.

On Issues 3 & 4: Don't forget that Issue 4 is on the validity of the reinstatement of those officials.

The Court held that these issues were academic amd it will not venture to go into it. (Image 4)

Now Issues 1 & 2 are in favour of the appellants, no cause of action, the trial Court was wrong to have granted leave for amendment of the OS.

Now Issues 3 & 4... How far? No judgement z no consequential order.. nothing

Let's not also forget, about the valid order in the APP issue already upheld by the Appeal Court and still EXISTING.

seunmsg iwaeda akpakomiza2 anonimi ejimatic noblechykk00
It means the high court had no jurisdiction originally to entertain the matter therefore their entire judgment was a nullity...in other words, the chairmen are back in office since there were never sacked... The only obstacle now is the app judgment

The judgements were clear.
The thing is that Johnny haven't even seen the judgements sef cool

APC has gone back to the Appeal Court to challenge the APP & Ors suit as we speak, meaning, they know it's an impediment already but using the force of power.
The electoral act isn't binding on LG polls

Ok... so do you think 30% of Kano state's population are members of political parties? How many of that 15 million population is even involved in politics, how many are up to 18 and above? how many are infants? how many are too old? how many are women and children, who are not even allowed to go out? How many are sick and hospitalised?

No matter how you look at their demographics, it's a pure lie...

Don't just hear a number and jump to conclusions. The "500k defecting members" is a huge scam, but if you chose to believe, it's your choice
Oga, Kano and kaduna are heavy voters and highly political. Whether 500k defected or not is not important. The key message is that pdp has collapsed in kad and APC is absolutely in control

I feel they aren't.. someone that left 40billion naira in the state treasury and he isn't owing a dime is not someone that has the intention to steal. His government was strict to corruption to a large extent. Make your research on this: many complained they weren't seeing those little fraudulent profits, in order to reduce government expenditure on projects he partners with foreign companies, gets available foreign aids so as to make the state make impacts with little expenditure. and you are failing to see that APC and propaganda cannot be separated. Is like you agreeing when a known thief and liar is calling someone a thief.

The entire APC members in Nigeria, I doubt they are up to 500k, but one state is claiming that over 5% of its population defected to one particular party. Meaning that APC has at least 1 million members in Kano grin

By that math, PDP would have 500k at least, NNPP being the ruling party would have 1 million members, how many people come remain for Kano?
