First off, they are not law enforcement or any type of security forces. Telling Nigerian traditional rulers to have the responsibility of knowing who and who is in their area, is opening the area to parallel leadership and possible tribalism, not to talk of meritless favoritism by the traditional ruler.

Traditional ruler are currently like paper tigers. The lg and sg, are the current day traditional rulers. Their responsibilities are being shifted around, which breeds excuses and irresponsibility.

You already know my views. The supreme court had settled all those issues raised. Firstly, you cannot depend on irev results to prove your case except you have your own agent copies. Secondly, any document from inec brought to court must be demonstrated by inec in court. This applies to bvas too.
B. Thirdly, even though section 137 deemphasize oral evidence, the supreme court still ruled that it is necessary especially in electoral cases where there is serious disputes. Documents cannot speak for itself, only live witnesses can speak to it...

In all honesty, kebbi governor will not work against Tinubu, he has no reason to except Bagudu falls out with Tinubu. No first term governor will want to work against a president reelection
