@ Poster, am glad that u're turning back from these so called conference visa which in-short is a way of Political Asylum Applicant. "Refugee" What happens is that U'll get the visa to enter there legally and then seek for "aduro" whereby u'll be placed in a sort of grouped housing and feeding, remanded in limbo until u find a way out of that hole, somehow. I wish u migrate legally, I have pple on both sides that I visit intermittently and can say that nothing beets legality in terms of freedom. Go to the websites and see what suits u from there, Gd Luck.

Let me ask you what good thing you have seen in our leaders from Independence till date

Sure he sacrificed Bola Ige, Sacrificed $16b to buy darkness, Sacrificed millions of lives in Shariah violence, Sacrificed $2bn to celebrate FESTAC 77, Sacrificed 150million Nigerians and gave us Yar A dull
Do you have evidence to the aforementioned huh

We should always remember that OBJ was able to stabilized the Oneness in 9ja durig his tenure.   During his tenure, we saw diasporians returning back home, now with economic downturn in the western world that supposed to enforce mass exodus back to motherland, we're  experiencing d opposite.

As odd as it may be, some1 might prefer renting first b4 building in a particular location. The guy in question may have more than enough to back himself up 4 years without flinching at the rental rate. Some pple have stated the reason for choosing rental over building in different location to security.

Currently going through some headache of completing a project right now due to logistic constraints and I have resolved to rent in a choosy area to settle down b4 completing the project at hand. If the dole is there, I will do d same provided that my backup plan is unmoved.

It's all about perspectives.

I am beginning to think a lot of the masses are as bad as those who lead us. If u join a group, church or club, and you find out they are all crooks and you abhor what they do, what would you do? Leave the group if u have integrity.

Thats what happens in every other society; And for your information I fully supported her stand against the Yaradua Perpetuation. Common sense seems very uncommon in Naija these days
,   If that is ur opinion, then it's okay,   just because u think differently doesn't mean that everyone have to toe ur thinking path.

she have done nothing wrong to warrant her resignation.   Former Fin. Minister "Okonjo Ewenla" resigned when she was not pleased with OBJ Cabinet, in this case, Dora spoke her mind and the truth, and we are clamoring for her head  huh    Remember, OBJ also ask Yar. to take the path of Honor by resigning, despite OBJ atrocities.

citizen Y. I am tempted to agree with u. If she de vex true true, why she no resign? Whats the difference btw her sit tight policy and yaradua's own?
Any person with an Iota of dignity would have resigned a long time ago.
resigned under what circumstances? that she spoke her mind or that she's fed up with the given assignment  huh
In as much she can be transparent with her Informational Role, her work as Mrs Re-branding will yield fruit.

In whatever form the generating form comes from, either coal, gas, solar,  all we need is way out of this darkness.

Fhemmmy:
If Jonathan is as smart as we expected, he shd take them up on that offer fast, sign the deal and let them give him a end date for the project to happen, and make it happen within the few months that he has left in office, cos if he can do this, Nigeria will never forget him, and he will get everyone's vote in the future.
seconded.

With the likes of the Senate president, Dora and co., I think we're still better off than the military, the senate can still go ahead and impeach, if need be, but with military rule, the thought alone will not have been possible.

If u do read the post thoroughly, a host number of pple are clamoring that his passport should be seized to avoid him feeing the country.  Some were even clamoring for him to resign so that EFCC can go after him, as it is now, he's still a member of the cabinet and that immunity clause is still valid for him.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Are There Jobs In Uk ? by alanbolo(m): 11:37pm On Feb 09, 2010
@ Poster,  in as much as u intend to let out your frustrations about grown-up men living like parasite, u blew it up by the way u worded your intentions.  Moreover, based on your previous tread, it seems there this hatred towards that part of the universe.   If u knew what should be done with your friend without a job in UK, u should just go ahead and assist him but if u need other input, there is no need to attack every suggestion brought forward in this forum.

If u intend to contribute to the development in the country, then create more invest-able environment that will lure pple back home and do theirs.  If ure saying beef about this issue and about one person, what about other parts of the world where the situations are even dire?  If he lives off his wife/children/family, it's still better than been a beggar on the street or better worse, a 419 in a foreign land.

I believed u're matured enough to call off the attacks on NL, and if u want to see the "best of the best" and dirtiest of them all, am personally inviting u to ObamaLand.  I will personally take time to tour u around for 3 days only, maybe you'll have more to say afterwards.
