That project was awarded in 2010...yet to be completed. Do you know where the money is? In the pocket of some fat polithiefians. They'll not ask you not to buy rice 300 or beans for 250.. This military guy I was opportune to meet told me all I needed. We saw the Wales vs Belgium match together. He said many of the times, they got close to lot of camps in that sambisa, a call comes in for them to stand down and return. He even said a particular boko boy they caught one day said just the way the military men where paid, so the boko boys were paid.
