Health › Reasons Why You Should Drink More Water. by Alezy(op): 4:56pm On Apr 04, 2016
Funny enough, most people think drinking much water makes them fat or increases their weight. The amount of water for each person is very
individual, but if your pee isn’t mostly
clear, you most likely
aren’t getting enough H2O. Some
suggest 8 (8 oz) glasses a day while
others suggest take your body weight
(in pounds), divide it in half and drink
that many ounces. Listen to what your
body needs.
So these are some good reasons why you should
Drink more water.

Top 10 Benefits of Drinking Water:

Don't Medicate, Hydrate!

1. Increases Energy & Relieves Fatigue
Since your brain is mostly water,
drinking it helps you think, focus and
concentrate better and be more alert.
As an added bonus, your energy levels
are also boosted!

2. Promotes Weight Loss
Removes by-products of fat, reduces
eating intake (by filling up your
tummy if consumed prior to meals),
reduces hunger (hello natural appetite
suppressant!), raises your metabolism
and has zero calories!

3. Flushes Out Toxins
Gets rid of waste through sweat and
urination which reduces the risk of
kidney stones and UTI’s (urinary tract
infections).

4. Improves Skin Complexion
Moisturizes your skin, keeps it fresh,
soft, glowing and smooth. Gets rid of
wrinkles. It’s the best anti-aging
treatment around!

5. Maintains Regularity
Aids in digestion as water is essential
to digest your food and prevents
constipation.

6. Boosts Immune System
A water guzzler is less likely to get
sick. And who wouldn’t rather feel
healthy the majority of the time?
Drinking plenty of water helps fight
against flu, cancer and other ailments
like heart attacks.

7. Natural Headache Remedy
Helps relieve and prevent headaches
(migraines & back pains too!) which
are commonly caused by dehydration.

8. Prevents Cramps & Sprains
Proper hydration helps keep joints
lubricated and muscles more elastic so
joint pain is less likely.

9. Puts You In A Good Mood
When the body is functioning at its
best, you will feel great and be happy!

10. Save Money!
Water is FREE! Even if you choose
bottled/filtered water, it’s STILL
cheaper than that high sugar and fat-
filled latte!

It's not bad since they are married, research shows that 70% newly wedded couples injure themselves while trying out new sex position. moreover human being are curious in nature, they like to explore. Mojo gives them starting point. being christian doesn't mean that one shouldn't have fantastic sexlife, are u of the opinion that doggy, 69 etc among christian couples are sin?
So if it's not bad for a christian marriage, that means the christians support the act of having sex on tape even when not married right?? cos the people having sex on ur screen are not married and that's fornication.

Becasue it does not take 1 year to cancel out the pre-effects. First we need to discuss reaching equilibrium with dollars before we begin appreciating above. The only way to do that is to import less, produce locally more, all public funds being spent outside must bring it value that can be converted into cash, reserves, or increase quality of life in the long run.

We cannot be importing toothpicks and be loosing N7.5Billion to china every year in money or oil produce. And we gain only toothpicks.

Gboko alone in benue state can produce all the food needed to feed west africa. My dad tells me stories of how Nigeria used to export Rubber, Cocoa, Textiles to India, UK, America. People came to study in Nigeria from Across Africa [They pay fees, direct gains].

But because everyone saw oil money we allowed our economy to die. It is like we can't do anything anymore. The Biafrians were refining oil during the war in large tin cans. Suddenly we had to ship our oil to get refined and then it gets sold back to us at higher prices.
Well no more oil loot. Oil prices have fallen. No one is investing in oil again. So we have to find another means.
Smh...In other words, before this tenure is over those things would be In place right? ? well I like u believe doe. till ur finally disappointed.

If they really wanna get us back to the exporting days, they should start from somewhere not tax innocent citizens to thier last penny. The one they have they re not doing anything meaningful with it. travelling from place to place and they want us to pay tax for same reason.

@Bold: that is a complete chronicle of PDP leadership right there. 16 horrendous years yet absolutely nothing point at as a gleaming legacy.

To make matters worse, they expect APC to do under a year what they failed woefully to do in 16. How more silly can a party get??
be it PDP or APC, they are all same old political looters.

What Nigeria needs is sincere government who zz disciplined.

No PDP slayed the naira, made foreign exchange available to whoever needed it, and threw our borders open for foreign toothpicks, rice and wheat, thus eliminating foreign gains. Basically in simple English, Nigeria never gained from international trades they only took from us.
To revive this economy, we actually need to ban more things.
So now that APC banned goods, closed borders and made foreign exchange more difficult to get, why is our naira still on a backslide? ? why is our economy not still strong? ?

I don't know if this should be in the religious, jokes or political section but the MODS will do something about it. thanks

Anybody/ nigerian who still stand with APC and PMB after trying to tax the masses on phone calls and all, THIS PICTURE IS FOR YOU.

As far as am concerned, they are only trying to raise funds for looting purpose since crude won't bring the necessary cash for them to loot again.

Those countries with high taxation can't be compared to this country where nothing is Woking. NO LIGHT, NO FUEL yet u wanna tax the citizens to their last kobo. In those countries with heavy taxation, they see what their money is used for but that's a No for this country.

despite the years Nigeria benefited from high price of crude who would have thought at this time we won't still have constant light? ? but now u want us to believe after failed promises??

How many times do you get deposits in a month? That is others pay into your account. How much is fifty Naira for God's sake! You all want Nigeria to develop without paying a kobo towards the development!
oga if u don't use the bank then leave this matter for those who use it. Do u kw how many people who make use of the bank everyday?? Then a direct taxation on thier pockets??

The worse part is u won't see what it will be used for. u travel and endanger ur life everyday cos of those dead roads, light is since dead and gone yet they increased its rate, people have been sacked from jobs and are struggling to eat 3 square meal. yet they still wanna tax them to their last kobo?? how wicked??

In the UK where they complain about high taxation? atleast u will see ur money working. An easy life for both the rich and poor.

They are just looking for means to loot since crude won't give em the required cash they need to loot. smh
Politics › Re: Fg To Tax Voice Calls, Sms, Mms, Data And Pay Tv At 9% by Alezy(m): 9:39pm On Mar 27, 2016
The past government looted but not directly from our pockets seems this mumu government what to loot directly from everyone's pocket.

well....If it's the will of God.

We caused this ourselves. Na we carry our hand vote change. those people shouting change that time, u won't see dem again now. Let me see the mumu that will come here and shout APC in the next election.
