Well, in a Campaign where GEJ and his PDP said Buahri did not go to school, where the Nigerian Army said it cannot find the Certificate of its "one-time Commander-in-Chief", only for the Certificate to re-surface after he wont the election, in a campaign where Fayose advertised that a hale and hearty Candidate is dead and advertised hos Obituary in a National Newspaper, in a campaign where PDP/Jimi "Learner" Agbaje promised to install an Eze as parallel Oba of Lagos, in a Campaign where GEj allocated pipeline Contract to OPC at the last minute, only to revoke it after he lost the election, ....l can go on forever, the #5K promise is just the least relevant, especially to any Youth who is serious about his/her life.

.... but surprisingly, it is only this insulting #5K that is making our Youths vibrate like a Pepper grinder!

I jokingly asked my 13yr old girl whether she would "protest' in support of the #5,000/month if not paid and her answer was "Let them promise me free textbook for my next class, the #5,000 can do anything positive in my life!

Thats is a 13yr old... yet we have a 25yr old University undergraduate raving like a lunatic, for #5,000?
Really, sentiments apart, what can #5,000 do in the life of a grown man, for a whole month?

I have met several. As far back as 2008,I met this particular girl who came to the club with her elder brother who happened to be younger than me at that time too. Chick was 16 but I didn't know. We had a dance that night and She introduced me to her elder brother when I was about leaving. We exchanged digits and I left. She later called me and we got talking for some days. During one of our discussions,I asked about her age and She said She was 16. I apologized to her and told Her I couldn't date an underaged girl;it just wasn't my thing even though my bestie at that time,was always going after underaged girls. She felt bad and was always calling but each time I saw her call,I'd just ask one of my female friends to pick up the call and talk to her. After some time,She stopped calling. I did all that to avoid any nonsense happening between us. No matter how fine and developed an underaged girl is,she is still underaged.

There was another one I met on facebook and she was attending one of these private universities at that time. That was in 2010. But I didn't cut contact with her;I just decided to stay as a friend. Her mum was a lawyer and the dad was a chief supiritendent of police at that time. When you date an underaged daughter of a policeman and a lawyer,be ready for trouble. How would I have been able to explain it to my family that I was arrested for dating a 16 yrs old girl? My family would have been ashamed of me. Before I do anything,I think carefully about the outcome before going into it.

Underaged is underaged;no excuses should be given for dating them.
