Foreign Affairs › Re: Putin Finally Congratulates Biden On US Election Victory by alezzy13: 12:37pm On Dec 15, 2020
Austeen007:
Speak for yourself.

Putin is a smart and Educated president and shouldn't Run into congratulating Biden at a time when he was just a Projected winner of the 2020 US election.

A sensible person will wait for confirmation from an institution such as the electoral college. Not a win Projected by the Media. Putin waited for the official result and he sent his congratulations at the right time.

Wake up, bro.
So why hasn't Trump congratulated Biden yet?

Interesting breakdown by Fareed, but I honestly can't see any of it playing out as he analyzed.
Don't be too sure. It's a long shot, I agree. But very possible.

Given how shamelessly desperate Trump and his goons are to cling unto power, one should be prepared for anything.

That word you're using, populism. It doesn't mean what you think it means. This is embarrassing to readlol.
As in!! grin grin grin

The irony is that the word is more associated with his darling Trump and his brand of governance, than anyone else.

Yeye.

They keep screaming fraud, but when asked to provide evidence, they start stuttering.

Something even Rebulican Chris Christie had to call them out for.

So blind, so intense, so blatant is their unyielding quest for power by all means, they've become utterly shameless that they openly showcase all tricks they intend to deploy to perfect thier daylight coup.
@bolded, bingo!

The original poster so dense he couldn't grasp what Fareed (personal opinion, btw) was trying to say. Yes, Trump might still win, but it would be at the expense of millions of legitimately casted votes, no thanks to the state of chaos Trump and his people are egging for.

Amazing.!

I wonder where all those people would be now. If still alive, they should be in their late seventies early eighties.

It's also instructive that they were protesting 'poor catering services'

Don't forget this was a time when the university was still in the peak of it's glory.

You had state of the art dining hall with different food selections available to student just like you have in any modern eatery.

Students room would be cleaned and bed made up as you go for lectures, just like in hotels

All your dirty laundry be washed ironed, etc.

Sigh*

If only they could see the condition of our ivory towers now.

Lol! This guy na clown.

I would be the last person to play advocate for Burutai, but this is a silly proposition. The army general go finish am.

Part of his training as a soldier involves physical combat and would no doubt be skillful in delivering serious, or even lethal blows. Reno wouldn't stand a chance.

Kudos to the mothers that chased their kids back with the loots they looted from private businesses in my area.
They told them to drop it at the bus stop where soldiers were,
If they cannot take it back to where they stole it from.
Wish all mothers in Naija are like that.
And thank God I was there to reorientate the youths of my immediate community.
And let them see the main reason of this protest and let them know the DO's and DONT's!
Wish most Nairaland members are like me.

Big shame on those kind of people.
And the saddest part is that these can't claim they're driven by hunger, considering how reasonably okay they look. Its just that ingrained urge to take what doesn't belong to them

For instance take a look at those being paraded, including that woman wey open mouth like vulture, will they claim it was hunger that drove to start stealing fridges, plastic chairs and TVs?
