PoliticsRe: Ikengawo:refuse To Use Same Elevation For The Satellite Picture--musiwa by AlfaSeltzer(m): 11:29pm On Dec 27, 2013
musiwa112: this is the same picture at the same eye elevation. You can clearly see Oyo city is far far more populated.

Fail. Not same elevation.

Both.

Orlando Owoh: How come you've still not been able to choose between disintegrating and a Nigerian President of Ibo extraction?
One does not exclude the other.
PoliticsRe: For Those Who Claim Sudan As An Example For Nigeria by AlfaSeltzer(m): 11:47am On Dec 27, 2013
maclatunji: Your interpretation... by the way you removed "influence" from my statement. Stop being dubious.

Now, let me break it down for you: I am firstly a businessman before a politician. All Nigerians are to benefit more if we put our minds to developing our economy by profitably exploiting our natural resources within secure borders.

To this end, the whole of Nigeria is my "playground" and I intend to enjoy it. Contrast this to war and power struggles within/amongst potential successors of a fractured Nigeria.
Why limit yourself to Nigeria?
PoliticsRe: For Those Who Claim Sudan As An Example For Nigeria by AlfaSeltzer(m): 11:36am On Dec 27, 2013
Howmanage: Are you saying texanomaly is white?
Yes. A descendant of colonialists. Her ancestors caused all this mess.

vizboy: I keep hearing people clamouring for disintegration. Why I dont normaly want to put myself into it is cause I have discovered that most of them clamouring for disintegration are mostly Nigerians living outside the country. Afterall it wouldnt affect them.

2015 will come and go and we will still be one, nothing will change.

National conference is something that has my support but for disintegration is a no go area.

What we have on nairaland are noise makers calling for disintegration, hw many of you calling for disintegration will be able to fight for it.
The question is how many of you will fight to keep nigeria one?

We are well aware of the saboteurs in our midst. We will deal with them when the time comes.

texanomaly: @ shymexx...

You are right. I do not know enough about this situation to make any sort of assessment. I am sorry. I will refrain from making statements or judgements on this subject. Thank you pointing that out.
I thought you said you could take it?
PoliticsRe: For Those Who Claim Sudan As An Example For Nigeria by AlfaSeltzer(m): 11:28am On Dec 27, 2013
maclatunji: I did not start the comparison, the proponents of secession did. I am only referencing them. Save your lectures for them.

I am pratical when it comes to politics and would rather have control/influence over millions of people and their resources than be forced to have fewer resources, have to probably fight them and accept millions of them as refugees.

You accuse Texanomaly of being out of touch with the Nigerian reality. She is better than you in this regard because you are obviously arrogant and ignorant of the dynamics within Nigeria- a country you have hardly lived in. You are very subjective, Texanomaly can be objective because she has no vested interests.
Your naivety is quite compelling.
PoliticsRe: For Those Who Claim Sudan As An Example For Nigeria by AlfaSeltzer(m): 12:45am On Dec 27, 2013
texanomaly: Okay...let's play it your way. Nigeria separates into 3 or 4, as some here have suggested. Which btw, bodes even worse for the new countries. Address the issues I brought forward. Usually you divide a post up and address each point. If you think these issues will be nonexistent, you are not thinking realistically. You are thinking whimsically. You are better at debate than this. I've seen it. Don't try to spare my feelings. I can take it. I promise you. wink
It really annoys me when white people that caused this problem in the first place think they know better than us how we should live our lives.

Must every separation be seen through the prism of violence and destructions?

Are we animals that we believe we cant simply decide what we want and how we want and reach an amicable resolution without bloodshed?
There is a certain religion that only sees everything through bloodshed, violence and destruction.

PoliticsRe: Why Is There ''south South'' But No '' North North'' In Nigeria? by AlfaSeltzer(m): 2:49pm On Dec 26, 2013
Afam4eva: I guess those that came up with the term were not aware that there's a term called "South Central" just like "North Central". We sha thank God that they did not opt for "South Middle".

I fin all these regional nomenclatures embarrassing and an aim to divide Nigeria along tribal lines. I don't see How Anambra state is more South-Eastern than Cross-River or Akwa-Ibom or why Rivers state is in the South-South but not Abia state.
It's amazing how Onitsha is SE and Asaba is SS. Makes me laugh when these free-education people talk about tribal geography.

dayokanu: You have Ibos in Lagos, Ondo, Kano Benue state maybe you should include those states too. Massob has a strong base in Ojo LGA of Lagos maybe its also Biafra territory

Its simple declare your republic of Iboland and dont attach yourself to anyone else.

I heard one place in Delta state Olukunmi are descended from Yoruba do you think Yorubas would be ataching themselves desperately to them?
See what free education have caused. You can't even reason sensibly. Gowon's state division has ripped up your brain.

There are Israelis in Germany, USA and Ghana. Have those places been declared Israeli territory?

Happy Holidays Alfa
This is why I asked you to show me the response. You see we are not talking of the same thing. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. You have answered the previous question. It was my subsequent question that I didn't get an answer to.
For clarity, here is the question again: Are you saying that different rules will apply to different members here based on what each member's holy book or tradition or whatever says?

I hope you wont complain I am taking you out of context when I ban you.

And oh, there is nothing like a "Night vigil" a vigil is a vigil tongue
All these so you won't answer the question I asked. Do you ban people for asking you difficult questions?
Christianity EtcRe: Religion Complaints Thread (sticky) by AlfaSeltzer(m): 6:29pm On Dec 23, 2013
now this post I find funny andirect violation of rule 2
This is a false accusation by taking my quote out of context. I was explaining the effects of lighting a Satanic candle in someone's name. I don't see how explaining the effects of something violates any rule. I never wished nor said I was going to do it. I was seeking opinions. You are the one breaking the rules here. Making new ones up and being generally biased.

You can't answer my very simple question but instead are deflecting and trying the old tactics of finding an irrelevant post to paint someone black. It's not working.

Answer the simple question: does the same rule apply to everybody or do we get our rules from our holybooks?
