Stella Oduah was given an honorary PhD degree in 1998. It is not mandatory that certificates must be issued in the name of the new University in that academic year. There will be a transition period. Ignoramus

And you need to understand that the CV she submitted to the Senate is confidential and they have no right whatsoever to reveal it to a 3rd party.
