The KEY point is this - disagreeing with an opinion means you do have a counter argument on which your disagreement is based. That is quite different from the disingenous atheist position that you can reject the belief in a god while claiming to have no counter opinion.

Firstly, you have no proof that I don't have any such dog. Secondly in okeyxyz's world, even donkeys speak, so why not a dog?

(Although I understand the feeling, a friend an i came up with what we called the Evil Cult of Six - Snakes, Bats, Scorpions, Hyenas, Vultures and crocodiles).

It is not about good and evil. All creatures have their uses. In my case, it is about phobia. I have an irrational fear of snakes. I would do anything to avoid contact with them. I even became physically sick and confused and almost fainted when we went to a zoo recently and I saw a small snake behind a glass box. I knew it was harmless but the proximity was too much to handle. Mind you, I wont go on a snake killing spree or pay someone to hurt them but I can never feel any remorse for anything that may happen to a snake. That is why I said it depends on the animal. I feel a bit guilty when I slaughter goats or chicken but it doesn't prevent me from enjoying their meat. Sorry if it is not what you wanted to hear but that's how I see it.

How can you not have an opinion On what basis did you disagree with the other person then?? I honestly don't know how you think the above makes logical sense. If I tell you that I have a dog that only drinks water, speaks 17 different languages fluently and can have discussions with you about world economics, would you agree or would you say that I was wrong?

I will have a problem giving you a straight answer because I would say that for me, it depends on the type of animal. For me, there is nothing you can do to snake that I can consider cruel. If you slow cook a snake alive with its children, you are a too kind and generous. However, I would personally torture anybody I see hurting a monkey for whatever reason.

I actually liked this topic. I liked the points that you made about Jesus not inventing anything although he had magical powers. But then like i said in a previous post you did refer to Jesus as Jizz Us which gives the impression that the purpose of the topic is to mock Christianity whereas to me its just satire. She locked this topic and it ended up in the recycle bin.

This topic is funny I see your side of the coin Alfaman and i agree with you its not easy for me to see the other side of the coin as far as this topic is concerned but we're all different. You can't just mention names and insult them that goes against rule number 2.

This topic came with an image of a fat jesus on the cross is satire to us but offensive to the religious.
