First off, by the time Abba Kyari fell ill, the enitre developed world was in crisis due to the covid19 thing. Especially the UK. There is no way any country would have allowed a foreigner in for treatment for anything at that time, talkless of covid19.

Last month, one American woman of Chinese descent with covid, fooled her way into China and then went to hospital there for treatment. The woman was arrested for lying.

There is no way the UK or any foreign country would have accepted any one from outside for treatment as early as March 1. Right now, it is citizens first, everyone else can go to blazes., even if you are loaded.(like the American woman of Chinese descent I mentioned above.)

Let's not even mention the fact that countries don't want fresh source of infection coming in self.

Plus, treating you abroad of covid19 does not guarantee survival. Infact, if Abba Kyari managed to even make it to the UK, he still would have died. Especially when(it is widely reported) he had 1) Asthma 2) Diabetes....ie coexisting condition 3) he was over 65. Even if he managed to get to a top class UK hospital, he would have still passed on. COVID 19 is very harsh on older people. 4) Ironically more people have died in the UK of covid19 than have died on the entire African continent of the same disease. And they have better equipment.

Let's stop all these yeye conspiracy theories.

There are many private hospitals in UK still receiving foreign patients. UK borders are not closed. Planes land from all over the world everyday. If you have a private jet, you can just fly to UK and book yourself to one of their numerous private clinics.

What they would however not do is cremate a foreign diplomat and keep it secret.

My stand is, if there is no general change in the attitude of an average Nigerian, then neither Nigeria or the dismembered entity will work.
