In fact, by US Federal law, use of marijuana is illegal, but the US also passed a law that states who want to legalize it for recreational or medical use can do so; Only Washington, Colorado, Alaska and Oregon have fully legalized its use and there are procedures before legalization, like control systems must be in place, this is a long time thing in Nigeria for now.
