Anyone against amnesty should make research on how Norway petroleum is a blessing to Norwegians. For instance how their fishing industry is relatively intact and booming as a result of viable environmental protection of their ecosystem (and by contrast how fishing and other livelihoods of the Niger Delta folks have been adversely affected for the benefit of this country). Nigeria is at best a country with many nations that are so different in values that its people can't rightly reconcile or tolerate their differences. It is never going to be a nation where a leader will be acceptable by all. The solution is in the system of government to be changed to suit regional preferences as seen before amalgamation, outright balkanization or the country remodel/adopt a suitable system operated in some countries: Spain, India, Uk, etc. As it is no Nigerian can a rule over the country without being viewed as biased or seen as the representative of his ethnicity. I believe the OP asked about proofs of corrupt allegations against GEJ, but all I've seen so far are allegations of other public office holders. And a lot of them are speculations and allegations.

The President has said it before that the ICPC, EFCC, Nigerian Police force and the courts are there for tackling corruption. It is not his duty to be doing the work of those agencies. Yet many people want make e wear police uniform go dey arrest people.
