Good to hear that! The two men are mere mortals like everyone. They can make mistakes and people should tell them the truth and those who do shouldn't be seen as enemies of anyone or a particular political party.

How can someone who didnt have money for APC presidential form now has 30million Naira? Dnt this make you to have a rethink?
we were told he doesnt own anything outside kaduna & daura but we were just told again he has properties in 5 states plus ABJ... We should think about these things.

But Mr Christopher Kolade didn't say the corruption noticed in those states on SUREP youth employment program was directly the handiwork of the 'drunkard'. Let the 'drunkard' be. How many people are even corrupt free in the major political parties of the country in the last government? Even now they are there as wolves in sheep clothing of anti-corruption but will never resin honorably like this good man.

My dear Yoruba muslims are sensible humans like their fellow Christian who don't carry religious issues on their heads as if they are holier than the sheiks or the popes. Very tolerant folks they are.

^^^But there's the same disharmony between western civilization and the arabs/muslims of the middle-east yet these refugees leave wealthy arab countries like the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and queue up at the gates of Europe and the western world! undecided

One has to wonder why these arabs are ignoring muslim countries with all the 'holiness' they supposedly have and are banging on the doors of 'degenerate' and 'sinful' Western Europe to be let in! Australia, Canada, The USA, etc....countries 'rife' with sin, gays, gay marriage, loose dressing, loose women, promiscuity and all what not are having to contend with thousands of arabs and muslims seeking a free society and christian compassion!

I hope you all can see the hypocrisy of these closed societies and religion!? Even their own adherents are running away from them and clinging on to the Christian Western World in their time of need!
Humanitarian crisis Syrian refugees are currently facing is quite disheartening. Every tribe and tongue, nations and countries these unfortunate ones go for respite should welcome them with the arms of love, not minding they are coming from a region of religious bias and intolerance. They are humans who deserve a sense of belonging:LOVE.

Maybe the numbers of southerners that believes in fairness/equity and abhors corruption are more than those in the north. It could also a result of more enlightenment/education.

Corruption shouldn't be encouraged though.

The pic is a typical example of some northerners backing their own.
The most corrupt practices carried out unchallenged as of now are up there in their states and LG levels. For instance, talk of ghost workers on pay roll and those who only show up 'once in a month' to reap undeserved salaries, etc. They go away with it 'cos majority of their folks aren't enlightened while we rightly make noise here over the change of our looters.

Yorubaland extends even more Westwards than Lagos into Republic of Benin and Togo...
And here , someone is thinking Lagos is not Yorubaland....Lmao ... so Lagos is an Enclave right in the middle of Yoruba territory Abi?

The natives of Lagos state are made up of 2 major groups
1 YORUBAS
subdivided into: Aworis, Ijebus, Egbas and Saros

2 GUN GBE
These are the Ogus (Eguns) some of which live in Badagry LGA.
They are a much smaller minority though.... And even they, migrated to Lagos (Yoruba territory) as refugees from the Dahomean wars
Here is their Wiki page:

Don't yo dare come here attempting to tell us our history.... Yoruba are no fools.
Bro anyone disputing the 'Yorubaness' of Lagos with some spurious cooked up stories as this should be seen as running a high fever. Lagos is a territory almost totally surrounded by Yoruba towns contiguous to it save the atlantic ocean.

This Poor Man Was Rejected by A Rich Man’s Daughter. 10 Years Later, He Meets Her Again
Posted on: elitereaders.com

What are the qualities that you look for in a partner?

When I was younger, I preferred good-looking and funny men. But as I got older, men who were smart, understanding, and responsible became more attractive for me. I developed this preference because I wanted a loving husband who my future kids could look up to. However, there’s no denying that there are some women who prioritize something else when looking for an ideal partner – those who look for men who can give them anything and everything they want. Because of this, they tend to check the contents of a man’s bank account first before knowing their personality and character.

Such is the case of a popular story circulating online about a man rejected by a rich man’s daughter because he didn’t make enough money to support her lavish lifestyle. Ten years later, the two accidentally bumped into each other. The ending of the story is absolutely unexpected but it will give you a valuable lesson in life.

Read the one-of-a-kind love story below:

A poor boy was in love with a rich man’s daughter.

Overcome with his love for the girl, the boy proposed to her. However, the rich girl derisively rejected him and said, “Your monthly salary is equivalent to my daily expenses. How do you expect me to marry someone like you? I can never love you so forget about me. Go find and marry someone else of your level.”

Despite being rejected so hurtfully, for some reason, the boy could not forget her so easily.

Roughly 10 years later, they ran into each other accidentally in a shopping mall.

She immediately recognized the man and said, “Hey, how are you? I’m now married to a very smart man, and his salary is $15,700 per month! Can you beat that?”

The man, hearing those painful words from the woman he used to care for, held back his tears and said nothing.

Not a few moments passed when the woman’s husband came back to her side. But before the lady could say a word, her husband immediately recognized the man she was talking to and said, “Sir? G-good afternoon! I see you’ve met my wife!”

“Good afternoon too, Mr…?”, said the man.

“Mr. Carter, Sir!”

The husband then turned to his wife and said, “Dear, I’d like you to meet my boss. He owns the $100 million project I’ve been working on!”

The woman, left flabbergasted by the turn of events, was not able to say anything back.

The man just smiled and said, “Well, Mr. Carter. I’ve got to get going. I have important things to attend to. It was splendid seeing you today. Have a great day!”

For a minute, the couple just stared at the man as he walked away.

Having been over her initial shock, the woman asked her husband in disbelief, “That was your boss?”

“Yes, dear. He’s a very humble person but his life is quite a sad story. They said he once loved a lady but she dumped him because he was just a poor boy back then. Because of that, he worked really hard. And because he’s smart, he became successful. Now he’s a multimillionaire who earns millions of dollars a month. Unfortunately though, he couldn’t move on from that heartbreak and remains unmarried still.”

The husband went on and said, “How lucky would that lady have been if she had married that man?”

The lady looked in total shock and couldn’t utter a word.

Morals of the story:
Life is short. Furthermore, it is just like a mirror – you can only see as much as it reflects. So don’t be too arrogant or proud by looking down on others because of their current situations. Things and circumstances can change with time

Nigeria may rightly not be No.1 exporter of yam but I don't think any other country, for now, produce it as much as Nigeria. We are more concerned with our domestic market distribution of it than exporting. No country in the world rival Nigeria's local consumption of yam.

I guess the spate of bombings now plaguing the north central part will put many at rest that PMB is not a supporter neither is he a sympathizer of Boko Haram!.

To all those who called him jihadist and extremist, I believe you're now assured that he's neither!.

Now I believe its high time the military move into action. This jihadist shouldn't be left to continue killing like this. Fridays makes it one week so PMB should get up and move and do something!.
It's a difficult war for the military. This a typical asymmetric war. There is hardly a defined battle ground in this case, the enemy is week but devices a deadly means that makes it elusive, the military can't tell who the enemy is and they only see the enemy when he strikes as the deed is done. It's like a spiritual warfare. May God help the Nigeria Armed Forces.
