ikeyman00:LOL them beg you to come to their region? if you could make money and the east is that rich why are you in UK ? why are others in abuja, lagos kano etc No one begged anyone to develop their region. In fact they have always made it clear to leave their regions so shut it ![]() NO ONE WOULD RUBBISH THE TRUE HARD WORKING NIGERIAN by calling them parasites, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE |

I acknowledge the contribution of Igbos to the nation and I have always I mean always stated my respect for Igbos, but coming here calling hausas and yorubas parasites when they contribute the largest apart from the south south is annoying. these are people that have not felt the effect of oil but chose to work hard to contribute on the same level on something that is free (oil). I would not allow NL bigots to lie and rubbish this good hardworking people nwannem |
First, you are reading too much to the ongoing e-warfare on NL. There is no hatred amongst Southerners. I do know for a fact that Yoruba ppl have no animosity towards any one in particuar. I assume you've lived amongst Yoruba and going by your personal experience, were you hated for being from a different region? If anything, Ibos are the only hate-filled Southerners. Most other Southerners are indifferent to each other. No love no hate. I do agree with you that if there ever was a war in the South that Rwanda would be a child's play. The reason wouldn't be because Southerners hate each other, our diversity would be the main reason.
dude there is no animosity among southerners because you live in the SW, SS when last have you been to abia and call yourself a yoruba man ? stop deceiving yourself this people don't like you, infact right from the inception of nigeria they have always been against yorubas from Nnamdi and co. It is a shame though |
Obiagu wetin happen, you no fit talk again !!!! |
The deep hatred between the SWers and SEers exhibited in this thread is the very reason why the breaking up of Nigeria is not wise and will lead to the greatest ethnic cleansing and human disaster in the history of the world. As for the SS, when the shiit hits the fan, you will be swallowed by the SE, unfortunately. The Northerners who you all call, Malus, Abokis, Almajiris, and other unflattering names are turning out to be the very group that will ultimately save you people from annihilating yourselves. For that I say, Alhamdulillah. If a war ever breaks out between SWers and SEers and the North decides not to intervene, Rwanda will be child's play. A word is enough. Sorry to say, most of those of you posting here are hate filled and barbaric.
Trust the Igbos to start it, already they are digging a pit for themselves in the NC and SW with their claims. |
chmod777:Igbos on NL brought out the topic first so that is why we want to show you people who you really are. There is no point in saying the SE contributes alot when they contribute the least. |
Obiagu1:tell me a word that is similar to edo and igbo ? even onitsha aka anambra is a yoruba town north east anmbra is part of igala town the edos had cloths you never until you got incontact with the hausa, yoruba and edos. so tell me the similarity, ![]() |
Obiagu1:even with evidence you still think say easterners turst me you are just delusionalSE contributes only half for what SW contributes SS is the highest because of Oil. Well good luck, I never intended to change your mind anyway I just wanted to show you the mirror tht is all |
1. I would demand the country divides into 3 regions again with part of delta in the eastern region and part of the north central in the western region. To avoid any future fight 2. Each region should control their resources be it oil, agriculture etc you control you own thing 3. Each region control their police system and it is completly detached from the center 4. each region contributes certain billions to the center regardless of what you earn or what resources you have 5. We have only one capital commercial, admisrative etc all in one state or FCT 6. The only job the FG needs to do is organised the military, build 6 roads that link each region and other international events 7. No matter what is happening, they do not intervain into any region's business unless it is affecting other regions 8. Everyone goes back to their cultural state, there is no I am yoruba but born in Kaduna or I am igbo but born in lagos. Unless they want to fight for nothing because hostility would increase greatly 9. Each region builds their own univeristies etc there are no more federal road, federal university, federal hospital etc it ends 10. No one drop of oil should be taken from the Niger-delta again ( I mean parts of delta, balysea, rivers) unless the new eastern Region decides to or not |
I am only trying to show those that call others disgusting names such as parasites who they really are. "It is a case of remove the log for your own eyes before removing the speck from others" In terms of Individuals we have 1. Ibeto - SE 2. Adeunga - SW 3. Dangote - NW 4. Innoson - SE 5. Onado - SW 6. Danjuma - NC 7. Dantata group - NW 8. Coscharis - SE 9. Silverbird - SS 10. Dopeski - SS So all this who contribute what etc is a dead argument to me. Those living in Nigeria, look around you and tell me what you see, yes poor people. Yet we come on the internet everyday calling other parasites etc. It makes no sense Although I had to show some people the mirror so they see their reflexion and relax to see they are not the only ones contributing into this Nigeria project. Again once we learn to respect ourselves then we can move forward |
@manny for life 1. Apart from South-south, the South-west has the highest IGR for Nigeria miuns Lagos and followed by the SW 2. Cocoa is the second highest foreign ezchange earner in Nigeria while rubber is third and the fourth is palm oil of which are all produced in the SW region and cowpea/soyabean are firth are produced in the north The agricultural products of Nigeria can be divided into two main groups: food crops, produced for home consumption, and export products. Prior to the civil war, the country was self-sufficient in food, but imports of food increased substantially after 1973. Bread, made primarily from US wheat, replaced domestic crops as the cheapest staple food for much of the urban population. The most important food crops are yams and manioc (cassava) in the south and sorghum (Guinea corn) and millet in the north. In 1999, production of yams was 25.1 million tons (67% of world production); manioc, 33.1 million tons (highest in the world and 20% of global production); cocoyams (taro), 3.3 million tons; and sweet potatoes, 1,560,000 tons. The 1999 production estimates for major crops were as follows (in thousands of tons): sorghum, 8,443; millet, 5,457; corn, 5,777; rice, 3,399; peanuts, 2,783; palm oil, 842; sugar cane, 675; palm kernel, 565; soybeans, 405; and cotton lint, 57. Many fruits and vegetables are also grown by Nigerian farmers. Although cocoa is the leading non-oil foreign exchange earner grown in the southwest, growth in the sector has been slow since the abolition of the Nigerian Cocoa Board. The dominance of smallholders in the cocoa sector and the lack of farm labor due to urbanization holds back production. Nigeria has the potential to produce over 300,000 tons of cocoa beans per year, but production only amounted to 145,000 tons in 1999. Rubber is the second-largest non-oil foreign exchange earner. Despite favorable prices, production has fallen from 155,000 tons in 1991 to 90,000 tons in 1999. Low yield, aging trees, and lack of proper equipment have inhibited production. Nigeria lost billions-trillion during the strike, do you think it is crude oil that made Nigeria lose so much money ? Remember oil production did not stop Nigeria’s output this season will be about 230,000 tonness, or almost six percent of global production, according to Marex Spectron Group Ltd. in London. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/01/subsidy-protest-affects-cocoa-supply-to-europe/ 5. rubber and palm oil http://www.unep.ch/etu/publications/Synth_Nigeria.PDF I can keep going on and on |

Beaf:see how you have disgraced Your people and Nigeria as a whole with ur mor.ic words here each day Abuja - Following the expected loss of AU chairmanship to Boni Yayi of Benin Republic, President Goodluck Ebeble Jonathan’s administration today threatened to breakaway from Africa and form an independent continent of Nigeria. In a terse press release signed by Mr. Reuben Abati, Nigeria stated: "Since Africa does not consider our President, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan good enough for the Chairmanship of the African Union, then Africa does not deserve our presence on the Continent." Following the statement, Africa's most populous nation has given the AU an ultimatum of 1 week to regroup and crown GEJ the head of the prestigious union otherwise there shall be consequences. The press release also advised the advisory body of AU not to bother trying to contact GEJ on the matter as it is non-negotiable. The document pointed out that the Nigerian president is currently too busy negotiating with more important personalities like Boko Haram who the AU should not force him to exile to their countries. http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/artikel.php?ID=229187 Meanwhile, Gminers, cabals, and members of parliament are believed to have secretly convened to decide how Nigeria’s breaking away from Africa should be organized to ensure that the Igbos and other Southerners do not use the opportunity to slip away into the Atlantic with their oil and also form their own continent. |

What portion of that money did they budget to reclaim their land which may have been destroyed by oil exploration? I do agree with you that, more should be done to clean up the damage. What annoys me is that as soon as Shell and others payoff their elders, the companies are allowed to continue to exploit with impunity.
LOL yet they always blame the Northerners, SWers. One of the richest Nigerians today are like of edwin clark and co who have used this money to fund weapons instead of development for the state. The IGR of showed they were one of the lowest and they makes the most noise here. South-South have contributed Oil to Nigeria. The only thing Nigeria used to repay them is to destroy their livelihood. that to me is not fair. SE oya defend yourselves since you shout more than the South-southerners themselves |
Rest in peace my brothers and sisters. I am sure you are resting now where you are. |
@OP Let me educate you 1. Nigerian's major export are cotton, sugar cane, cowpeas and all of which are ONLY grown in the core north 2. Kaduna state alone generate more revenue than states like ebonyi because of the Large industrial textile companies 3. The only working refienery In Nigeria upto good capacity is in Kaduna becasue of the maintaince culture and non-wasting culture 4. Gold exportation and uranium is only found in Sokoto and no other State apart for 1 in the south 1. Adamawa state alone produces 70 % of all the meat eaten in Nigeria. Even to fast foods 2. Since Nigerians don't eat Oil , bitumen, etc Majority of the food eaten in Nigeria are from the core north like kebbi, adamawar, taraba and co 3. Most of ur Nigeria made bread, where do you think the wheat for the flour comes from ? Yes North 4. Lead is been explored and exported in Nigeria today only from bauchi, everyone knows the health implication of lead if rain falls. ( South south people you have done well for Nigeria, I salute you people really and encourage )5. The military that provides security for Nigeria, where do you think they came from ? 6. Dangote today is the only and one of the largest africa indigenous company today that provides, cement, flour, sugar etc and all other processed goods I can keep going on and on and on Please don't be deceived |
Beaf:shut it was it not you that started the use of the word parasites to describe people ![]() |
