99% of the comments here has shown that many Nigerians know nothing or very little about the Nigeria Armed Forces. It is no longer surprising to me again when I read most comments of people on the politics thread about the Nigeria military angry Now, I know why most comments are not true reflection of the military
in what sense, tell us what you know please

Yes give minorities their state in Lagos. We are tired of Yoruba domination, intimidation and outright neglect of our people. We don't need them to lord over us anymore.
Let the Igbo, Hausa, Ibibio, Ijaw, etc fight for the new state.

Festac State, the 38th State of Nigeria after Anioma anyway.
cool cool cool good one Obiagu1. but we need to sign petition first

jonathan needs to do the right thing
Mhm you done talk your own, if i do not mistaken i think it was Sokoto state follows Lagos interms of IGR what Aba has that's better than Lagos, Kano and Rivers to generate revenue?? but yet they foolish governors (in exception of Lagos) dont want to do the right thing, Well its aloota must continue.
well said. I think Rochas is paying the minimum wage
It was some northern governors started saying they can't pay the new minimum wages, their expressions generate a heat debate here, some are of the opinion its due to poverty nature of north that's why they cant afford it. Now that the clock has turn around does that mean northern governors are steadfast compared to their southern counterpart? is just a question,  grin grin grin grin grin
thank you my brother grin grin grin grin grin i just wanted to post that just to show my southern brothers that poverty knows no tribe or ethnic group cool

It's not trouble but it shows how foolish that Orji can be. How can a state that have a big city like Aba still complain about money?
The money coming out from Aba and the state's NDDC allocation is enough to do what is right. Imo state is doing good now because of Rochas determination to put out corruption and remember there is nothing like Aba in Imo state.
Just use the money you have and things will go on well.
Ha NDDC money is very good but i don't think the money would be alright to pay 18,000 per worker

I might be wrong but the tax gotten from oil companies in Abia state should do the trick

Orji is not doing well at all. Imo state is not bad. Orji needs to learn from Rochas

Kobojunkie:
^^^ Marwa did exactly the same, until Tinubu came in and allowed it all come back again. You should have seen Oshodi back during the Marwa years. And I think Mike Aigbe did the very same too. Now, it was not that way back during Jakande and Mudashiru years. Oshodi used to be lovely and the evening market was a beautiful scene back in those days.

As for the @Poster, it is a bit hypocritical to point this at Fashola when you are the very same whose tongue is stuck up Jonathan arse on here.
chai thanks for this nice recall wink

The top circle seems very difficult to get into, but I am told that once you get into it, its enjoyment from there on (Even though that is not my purpose).

I heard of a Brigadier General who joined the military and just ammassed wealth. He aquired lands and properties all over the south and even though he retired, he still had soldiers that guarded his home and etc.

Its amazing how much the so called "military men" of Nigeria are relaxing and just ammassing wealth and titles without even doing their job. If you take a look at Babangida, Buhari or Abacha's uniforms you will see a countless number of medals, pins and etc that were all aquired without any real combat. Its a shame that the Nigerian army lacks so much experience.
wrong they fought in the civil war

also buhari was a tactian that fought against the chad army during his time
