Lagosboy: This has nothing to do with sainthood or anything like that, if you cut yourself out as something you want people to see you as that. Principles and consistency are the hallmarks of a great leader, I was a fan of Rïbadu, I saw him talk when he was in the UK, in fact i respect him for his courage. The moment he chose to run on ACN platform is the moment i started to backtrack , within 2 months he had made several contradictory statements on corrupt politicians. In life you compromise strategy but you never compromise prinicples IMO Ribadu has compromised prinicples or maybe he never had those principles in the first place.
Politics is not a do or die affair and even if Buhari loses life goes on and the struggle continues. If you understand politics you would understand that BB supporters putting Ribadu down is all about politics. In fact if Buhari wins , Ribadu could serve in his adminstration. Ribadu also went on the offensive to Buhari at the debate and it is politics, Tinubu called Buhari an expired leader although he wanted to be his vice that is also politics. Hilary said Obama was not experienced and lashed out at him but today she is his secretary of state, Nick clegg finished of Cameron several times but today he is his Deputy. During electioneering everyone should have the stamina to withstand jabs and the game of politicking.
By and large it is good to know some Ribadau supporters are being realistic and now voting Buhari.
After the election dust will settle and life will go on. gbamm gbamm gbammmm good points |

Gbawe: What is best for Nigeria is the ousting of the PDP. While Ribadu fans contend he is a better administrator than Buhari, they oncede that Buhari represents the best chance of ousting the PDP . I hope my statement is now clear. At the end of the day, what most folks don't understand is that it won't take a combination of Einstein (brains) and Jesus (total virtue) to move Nigeria forward considering that we are where we are because even the simplest and most basic things have being bastardized to and transformed into a cynical avenue for some to make money while , callously , their hardened heart fails to understand that Nigerians are suffering needlessly because of their actions . Neither Buhari or Ribadu are heartless men IMO. Neither are materialistic . Both are brave and resolute IMO . Either will do as a President to move us forward because, regardless of personal issues and flaws , both are brave leader with political will . In that respect , Buhari and Ribadu , and many other men for that matter , can move Nigeria forward . It should not be a competition or a declaration of "my shirt is whiter than yours" . It should be about the realisation that the PDP has to go or we are doomed to another 4 years of underdevelopment for the majority and rampant self-aggrandizement for the small minority who think they are "the owners of Nigeria". Gbawe did you school in oxford or somthing you are clearly smart but you need to think and know why people are supporting buhari tinubu is a theif and has been raping lagos although he used fashola as a "refer" in terms of good works state level, i agree it is ACN but fedral it has to be bakare buhari forget tinubu in the fedral because he is a theif and you know it |

Jarus: I just finished speaking wt Splash FM rep in Lagos. He said the rate is 20k per slot, almost the same thing with Wazobia. Their office is in Ikeja so the challenge is being chanced to get the CD across to them from my office in VI to Ikeja. Whose route relates to VI-Ajah to pick the CD from my office tomorrow and drop with Splash FM rep in Ikeja and make the payment?
Wazobia/Cool FM was easily cos its a stone-throw from my office, but Ikeja is tight for me. read this ayinba1: @Jarus/Aisha2

Dont tell me nonsense that the elections were rigged. The SW voted with their entire life in 2003 FOR OBJ . I was here then.
Now talking about facts, let me help you with the voting results of 2003 from Inec records

THESE ARE JUST SOME SUR NAMES OF OWA PEOPLE , ARE THEY STILL IGBO NAMES ? OWA PEOPLE BEAR BOTH IGBO AND BINI NAMES,SO DONT DENY ONE FOR THE OTHER ,I KNOW WHATEVER I WRITE THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOME ONE WHO IS READY TO TWIST IT INTO IGBO,BUT THE TRUTH IS WE OWA AND IKA PEOPLE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR ANCESTORY AND THAT INCLUDES OUR CORE ANCESTORS MIGRATION FROMTHE ROYAL HOUSE OF BENIN.BUT WE ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR IGBO HERITAGE TOO,BUT WE ARE PURELY IKA ETHNIC GROUP, IN 1936,WHEN THE BINIS DECIDED TO TELL THE BRITISH THAT IKA WAS PART OF BINI ,OUR ELDERS TOLD THE BRITISH THAT WE ARE IKAS AND WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER ETHNIC GROUP IN THE AREA OR IN NIGERIA. and did you know that ika is considered as igbo in nigeria context today so long as you bear igbo names like emeka, uche etc you are igbo whether you like it or not if your name was like efok etc we would know u where from cross river or awka ibom but no so long as you bear igbo names and speak their dialect, you are igbo ika is igbo if you names where dapo etc then you are yoruba,.,.,., all this is easy to see haba, if ika ikwerri and co are not igbo then they better start bearing other names that do not sound igbo if they know they want to deny their hertiage because if you do not see you are being bakclized then shame on you you are igbo to me.ok |

No matter who wins or looses, there are grounds to cry foul.

ekt_bear: ^-- yes, gas reserves of naija are enough to not only power the country, but all of West Africa.
I'm against nuclear because I don't see why it is necessary when we have a cheaper, safer option.
I don't want some accident to happen where nuclear waste destroys some entire state and wipes out alls its people. Or gives them all cancer. very wrong dapo the amount of energy generated per meter cube volume of gas is about 10000 times lower than that of 1 grams of uranium our gas reserves can power west africa, but for how many years before it runs out how many stations are you planning to build in provise constant electricity alone for lagos not to talk of kano enugu and others we can not build up to 100 gas plants in nigeria alone. does not make sense nuclear plants have their disadvantages just like gas plants as well but we need it to move forward in nigeria, we do not have natural disasters like hurricane or earthqua all we have are people that can make errors but that all we need to avoid and this can be easlly done by careful planning and the grace of Allah |

For beaf, I have an idea why he is supporting GEJ, for Seun I will rather , for now. good! we should not give corruption a chance, i have a family member in GEJ carbinet but yet i still do not support jonathan,.,. if he wins i would benefit from it through corruption but i choose to do the opposite because at the end of the day, after jonathan leaves, what happens to the failed projects he promised makes no sense to support if expect from greed beaf family member or someone close to him if not him are part of jonathan carbinet and will benefit from it through corruption one way or the other. that i know |
