I used to wonder how too until someone explained that they would have given them the questions to study ahead of time. Then on the real quiz day, the same questions will be renumbered differently from how they appeared on those previously given. So, they rely on their memory rather than trying to solve them within 2 or 3 seconds. It's just a matter of recalling the answers they once arrived at while preparing. The first problem I have with them is their lie, they told us on the phone while breaking their so called goodnews as a yearly raffle draw with over one thousand slips but just 22 were picked. Asking what my hubby does for a living (immediately he told them, the agent sounded so glad and he was like travelling shouldn't be a problem, your voucher will be ready (awon ole). I'm happy we didn't waste our fuel driving from Ajah to Ikeja with all these traffic gridlocks.

Once again, thank you guys. I read every comment on this thread and I discovered that their agents are here, but one thing is that none of them debunked the fact that the company is not what they tell people they are. Johesu members do NOT want the same thing doctors have.They DO NOT(as ignorantly broadcast everywhere) want the SAME salary as doctors.
They however WANT to advance their careers and ask for opportunities to do so.In developed countries,there are opportunities to become specialists/consultants in the allied health professions.There are consultant pharmacists abroad for example.
The clamour will set up postgraduate colleges that will provide postgraduate trainings that can enable health workers attain consultancy/specialist status.No one will become a consultant while doing youth service!
No confusion will come in the health sector.It has worked abroad,it can work in Nigeria too.Specialists can work as a team with each individual member making contribution to the team.There will be a leader who is still the doctor.

The NMA actually feel Johesu is going to drag positions with them and feel threatened. Not necessarily.It is a team work.
Erroneously,many doctors feel nurses,pharmacists,lab personnel etc work FOR THEM.No!Everyone contributes to patient care.There just must be a leader.

At least its clear where the problem in the health sector is coming from now. The doctors don't want other staff to enjoy a little increament of salary even after government has increased their slararies more than Three times in in four years. This is just a case of wickedness and man's inhumanity to man. The doctors are not the employer of labour but they are telling government what to do. It's a case of eating alone and wanting other people to die of hunger even though there is excess food to serve everybody. Let the world see how wicked the doctors are in Nigeria.

Let me tell you the truth early this year the government of Canada increased doctors salary but the doctors refused the increament and told the government to use the money to pay other health workers and improve the facilities in the hospitals for patients to enjoy. But in Nigeria the case is opposite.
